We just came back from spending 2 weeks at this condo rental. I would highly recommend this condo to friends and family, which comfortably accommodates 6 people.

The place is tastefully decorated, very spacious, and so impecable. The pictures are nice but you will find they do not do it justice, the decor is beautiful and the living areas quite large.

The condo was also extremely well equipped for all our needs. It has its own laundry room with washer and drier, and the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking (I did not miss home in that regard, I found everything we needed). Bath and beach towels were also provided. TV's were available in the living room area as well as 2 of the bedrooms. The lanai area with view of the pond was also quite nice for hanging out on evenings or having breakfast.

The condo also offers a pool and a Jacuzzi area just steps away which was perfect alternative to the beach for my kids. There was one parking spot assigned to the condo in the indoor parking area as well as plenty of parking spots in front of the building for a second car.

You can tell the owner Dana takes extra care to keep the place immaculate and fully equipped to satisfy all your needs. She also calls to make sure you have everything you need which makes it more personable.

In terms of location, we had the option to go north to Fort Myers beach or south to Bonita Beach by car, both great spots. If you do not want to drive, we had private access to the beach right accross the street. My dad also quite enjoyed the golf club right across the street. It offered the right level of difficulty for my dad to practice and to take my 11 year-old son as well.

Finally, there is a strip mall area just a couple of blocks walking distance which offers a good variety of restaurants. The real estate office is located at the same mall, so if you arrive or leave outside working hours, you can conveniently pick up or drop off the condo keys.

This was my first stay here and I found the condo to be comfortable, clean and very spacious. You can pack plenty of supplies in the large kitchen, and the guest room I stayed in had a firm, high quality bed making for a good night's sleep. The condo's deck is also a good size with some nearby trees providing a cooling shade without blocking the view. The entire complex is a pretty mediterranean style with the buildings and grounds well kept, and the condo is only a short walk from the pool, clubhouse and workout area. In addition, the Gulf lies across the street via deeded access so a stroll on the beach is within easy reach. Overall, seems like a great place to relax and enjoy your vacation time.

Spent six weeks in January and February and had a great time! Condo is perfect! Everything is in excellent condition and the unit is perfectly equipped with everything you need for an extended stay. We have been visiting the Ft Myers/Bonita Beach area for 25 years and this is definitely one of our favorite rentals. We hope to return next year for 2 to 3 months.

The photographs of the condo do not do justice to its actual beauty. The condo was immaculate and had everything that one would need for an extended stay. The washer and dryer in the unit meant that one could pack very lightly. We were pleasantly surprised when the owner called to make sure that we had everything that we needed and to answer any questions that we might have.
The screened lanai overlooking the fountain pond was perfect for both morning breakfast and evening cocktails. The beach was a short walk across the street, and had wonderful white, sugary sand. The Santini Marina Plaza is only 100 yards north of the condo, and has a variety of shops, restaurants, and pubs, with live music on several nights a week.
Since the island is only 7 miles long, we chose not to rent a car. The trolley which runs every half-hour or so only costs 50 cents, and the local taxis will take you anywhere on the island. We also found that we could stroll the entire length of the beach in around 2 hours.
All-in-all, we would have to say that, given the chance, we would be very happy to stay at the condo again!

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying in this amazing condo for two weeks. When we entered the condo, we were completely floored by how beautiful and luxurious it was! The decorating was to die for, and there was not a speck of dust anywhere in the condo! It was absolutely stunning!
The condo is fully stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need...All we needed was our bathing suits!
The location of the condo is perfect! The beach and the ocean are seconds away! (White sand beaches if I may add!) You can also step outside the front door and catch a trolly to the north part of the island, where dinner and dancing awaits you overlooking a beautiful sunset on the golf! Picture perfect!
There are also plenty of things to do such as: restraunts, shopping, historical places, and of course relaxing on the beach!
Quite afternoons and evenings are always great, enjoying cool drinks in the lanai overlooking a large pond with a fountain!
We had such a great time here. I would recommend anyone to stay at this condo! We are counting the months till we can come back!

After weathering a blizzard and the coldest wettest spring I can remember in 2010 & 2011 I am ready for some fun in the sun! I want to step into my tropical oasis. When we entered the condo it looked like a model for new construction! Interior Designer had to have furnished the condo, it is stunning! The lanai overlooking a large pond with large fountain in the middle is so relaxing. When I found out they had a large laundry room right in the unit I immediately packed less. What a treat not to have to carry a heavy suitcase! Now I have room for the all important souvenirs or some unique clothing purchases. After a long day there is this great Mexican Restaurant I like to go to for dinner and a cold Margarita, what a way to finish the day and watch the sun set into the Gulf. The condo has 3 bedrooms one room has twin beds, there is two baths which is convenient. Did I mention it is almost as large as a ranch home! We had such a great time at the beach which is across the street only a few steps away the same is true for the pool very convenient..Can not wait to go back!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 months and did not want to leave. From the minute you step inside the front door you'll know this is luxury. It was clean, not a speck of dust anywhere. The beds were so comfy that I wanted to take them home. Everything you need is in the condo. Just bring your shorts.
The location is perfect, on the s. side of the island. One can walk to shopping, dining and beach. Witch is wide with white soft sand. The trolly stops outside and will take you anywhere for pennies. The owner was a delight to deal with, always ready to help out if needed. I can't recommend this enough.

I had the pleasure of staying with my friends for a week at this property. It is everything it claims to be; clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated. I found it to be a great vacation spot and perfectly located. Just a short walk to the beach or a tolly ride away from the action on the north end of the island. Plenty to do with resturants, shopping, and historical places of interest, most within walking distance. We relaxed most evenings by watching a picture purfect sunset. You could not ask for a better place to "get away".
