As with most houses on the Outer Banks, we rent from Saturday to Saturday (during the high season), but we do offer partial weekly rentals during the shoulder and off season:

The ground entry level has a bedroom (2 single twins and bunk beds), laundry room with high efficiency washer and dryer, full bath and a spacious den/game room with wet bar that gives easy access to the pool. Mid-level has a master bedroom with full bath and deck access, plus two more bedrooms, and another full bath.
The upper level has a master bedroom with full bath and private deck. A light and airy great room with a gas fireplace, an enclosed porch, and gourmet kitchen with large countertop space for 6 bar stools. And, who wouldn't love an office/quiet area with a view? For anyone looking to telecommute from the beach, Mermaid Tales is equipped with a cable modem and Wireless Internet Access. Bring your laptop - they'll never know you're checking email from the pool!
