Comfortable 2BR/2Ba condo located on the north end of Estero Blvd. just a short distance from the pier and Times Square. The condo has a comfortable living area that includes a TV and DVD

player. Our lanai provides a view of the swimming pool and the Gulf. The dining area has a pass through from the kitchen. The kitchen has corian counter tops and is complete with refrigerator/icemaker, dishwasher, electric range and microwave. A washer and dryer in the condo is provided for your convenience. In the master bedroom is a queen sized bed. The room has a wall mounted flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has two single beds.

Just a short relaxing stroll on the beach takes you to Times Square which is nicely landscaped with palm trees and pavers. Times Square has many shops, restaurants and pubs, some are right on the Gulf with great views of the beach and water. A popular casino boat is docked nearby and sails daily for lunch and dinner cruises.

Kona Beach Club has a lovely private heated swimming pool located adjacent to the wide sandy beach giving you a spectacular view of the Gulf. Just out side the beach side pool gate is a gas grill available for your use. While grilling out you can enjoy the breathtaking sunsets that are just amazing every evening. Absolutley wonderful. I have been to Fort Myers for so many years and I cannot believe its taken this long to find the perfect spot. Quiet, so clean, Val was amazing! Anything we needed was taken care of! The people and neighbors were wonderful as well. I will be back..........sooner than later!!!! Thanks so much for a wonderful vacation!

Excellent Rental

We have just returned from a 12 day stay and can highly recommend this accomodation. We have stayed in many places on the Beach and this is by far the cleanest and well equipt we have ever stayed in. The owners go out of their way to make sure your stay is a good one. We will definately be returning to a brilliant rental.

you cant go wrong with this unit! the beaches are beautiful and the unit is roomy and clean. the owners go out of their way to make sure your stay is the best it can be. try it once and you will be hooked.
