Kitchen, powder room, dining room and living room are on the second level. There is another queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Third floor features a master suite with queen size bed, 2nd bedroom with full size bed, third bedroom with full size bed and another guest bathroom. Linens, such as sheets, towels, kitchen towels are not provided, so please bring your own. Also bring your own paper products, such as toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, etc. Comcast digital cable available in living room and master bedroom. Cable hook-up in every room. Two-cara garage is attached and there also is sufficient street parking.

It is not far from Washington DC Metropolitan Area and it is a nice place to vacation. This unit is one of the most luxurious ones in town and it is in a great location, right downtown, so naturally, this was the place for me.

The Unique Benefits of this Townhome: Walking to the beach and not having to worry where to find parking is awesome. Being able to see the bay from the balcony has such a calming effect. Music from the boardwalk can be heard in the evening, yet the area is very quiet. We love to be able to walk to the park, tennis courts, playground. Just watching the draw-bridge in motion and boats sailing through is a nice sight for nature lover.
