This was a wonderful "home base" for a 10 day visit to our son who is teaching English in Callao, near Lima. Even though our flight was late and we arrived at the apartment very early on Sunday morning, Elena was there to greet us and explain all of the amenities to us. The set-up was perfect for our two couples and also provided enough room for our son and his friend to stay with us. We appreciated the ability to walk to Wong's supermarket, the mall, restaurants, and Parque Kennedy. As another reviewer mentioned, it is easy to find taxix as they congregate near Parque del Amor across the street from the apartment.
The apartment is in great condition and the price is very reasonable given the amount of living space, the amenities, and the location. There is a security guard on duty in the lobby at all times, which made us feel secure. Luisa, the maid, did a great job of cleaning the apartment. The views from the balconies are stupendous - a relaxing place to watch the sunset with a beer or glass of wine at the end of the day.
We highly recommend this apartment to anyone who needs a comfortable place to stay in Lima. Our thanks to Sam for providing this excellent home away from home.

Perfect Location in Miraflores!!

I stayed for one week in miraflores at the apartment and found it to be a great location for walking to all the points of interest and great restaurants.. Safe area, great views of the ocean and a very clean apartment..The front desk was always there to help with information about Lima and Elena greeted us upon arrival around 12 midnight and made sure we got checked in our first night...I would rate the apartment 4/5 and well worth the price compared to other apartments i have stayed around the world..very quiet area at night.

Wonderful apartment in a fantastic location

Elena and Sam were very gracious hosts and I could not have been more pleased with my choice.
The apartment was perfect - comfortable, secure and in a great location. The views of the Pacific are outstanding. You can easily walk to Lago Mar for a great meal or into the center of Miraflores for a coffee. Taxis are also quite abundant in this area if you prefer to ride.
I'd definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Vacation!!!

Our family of 5 adults & 1 child spent 2 weeks at this beautiful condo over the Christmas & New Year's holidays. There was plenty of room for all of us. Having all the bedrooms on the 2nd floor and the living areas on the 1st floor was nice. The washer & dryer were an added plus. Kitchen was very large. There is also a dining room table & 6 chairs that are not shown in the pictures. Views were incredible. Great balcony to watch Christmas & New Years Eve fireworks all over the city. Sunsets were beautiful. The orange sectional sofa has been moved up to the master bedroom. There is now a comfortable leather sofa, love seat & chair in the living room. Very safe location with a pleasant doorman. Enjoyed walking to the bodega for fresh fruit. Sam answered all of my many emails very quickly. Elena made it very convenient to pick up & return keys. The maid came weekly & cleaned the unit top to bottom. Our security deposit was refunded in full within a few days. Would definitely highly recommend this condo.

i rented this apartment for a few days while traveling with three friends this past spring. the rental process was smooth and pleasant, the view is unparalleled, and the location is extremely convenient. it's within walking distance to kennedy park and spitting distance to the cliffs overlooking the ocean and the beautiful scenic cliffside walkway.
our rooms were comfortable and clean, although we spent most of our time out on the terrace soaking up the view :)

great apartment, with a great view in a wonderful location. As always the place is clean and well maintained and I had a great time in Miraflores, located very close to all the entertainment spots in Miraflores, so you don't even need to take a Taxi.

A great place, great location with a great view

The apartment was fantastic, the views and locaituon are perfect with only a 10 minute walk to Larcomar or the beach. Everything was perfect with the exception of a pretty marginal supply of kitchen "stuff". The lack of tools, utensils and basics made cooking a challenge and we had to get very creative to get things done.
However, this was discussed at the apartment prior to our departure and I'm sure it was addressed. Overall, a great place and I would definately stay again and would recommmend it as well.

The value is good considering the price for 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, view and location. Also, Lucia, the maid that can be requested daily is very sweet and went above and beyond to make our stay very nice. My only suggestion is that both the large living room and master bedroom would be a more comfortable with more furniture such as occasional chairs and a better couch in the living room (the red leather couch is not functional); the unit is very sparsely furnished.

I have stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks over the New Year period. The pictures are an accurate description.
The location is absolutely incredible in terms of enjoying Lima and all it has to offer. You do not need to have a car as the taxis are plentiful and also very cheap. However the location makes it perfect to walk to great scenic locations as well as dining and shopping options in Miraflores.
It is a wonderful apartment to stay at if you want the best location in Miraflores. I will be returning in a few months and have already booked the apartment.
