We spent Christmas here this year with our adult children and their dogs and really loved it. The house was clean, spacious, well stocked and uncluttered. Brigette was nice and helpful. She checked in with us during our stay and gave us restaurant ideas. The beaches were amazing. We walked the dogs with our morning coffee and watched the sunset with a glass of wine everyday. We usually went back at night for one last look before bed- mesmerizing! Perfect location!

Very beautiful area. Beach just steps away from house. Peaceful & quiet neighborhood. The beach is so beautiful that on several occasions we witnessed models with photographers on the beach. The house is very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Brought dogs as well. Richard was excellent to deal with. Gave us good advice regarding area. Responded immediately to calls and emails. My teens enjoyed the town where there were a lot of kids on spring break playing pickup volleyball on the beach.

Our stay at this home in Laguna Beach was the perfect end to a road trip with my family of 5 and two little dachshunds. The home is very clean and neatly furnished, and feels like a home away from home. There are some thoughtful amenities, and it is ideal for a short or long stay. A very short walk in either direction to stunningly beautiful beaches, and we were actually glad we weren't "oceanfront". The owner happened to be in and out upstairs during our stay, and he was very helpful and friendly. We felt very welcome and like family. We all agreed we would make this a regular vacation, and would stay longer next time!

Great vacation rental - we were here a month so we really had time to get to know the place. The location is beautiful with the ocean steps away and sunsets every evening from the living room. The house was very clean, nicely furnished, and thoughtfully equipped - down to the yoga mat I found in the closet, car seat for kids, everthing you need in the kitchen. We've stayed at many different rental homes around the world and this was one of the better ones in terms of amenities and comfort.
Our only complaint was that there was no land line - this is not an issue when it's a week or so stay, but for a month it was a pain. However the owner did not deduct the cleaning fee from deposit which made up for the extra cost we incurred on the mobiles ;-) we highly recommend the place.

The house was located just minutes from town and steps to the beach. Location was prime and the house was clean and well furnished with nice amenities. Perfect get away for a few friends and family. We stayed in the upstairs unit which was almost identical to the downstairs unit. Spacious, bright and airy feel to the place. I would definitely recommend this property and will consider leasing it again for a future trip to Laguna. Plenty of parking in the driveway too which was very convenient being that we were so close to the beach. Comfortable bed and gorgeous towels too!!!

We recently stayed at this lovely home over Spring Break.
It's in a great location: downtown is walkable, but you're not in the middle of all the traffic; there's a beautiful beach just a few steps away. The house is beautifully furnished and very welcoming at the same time. The owner is delightful to do business with and was extremely helpful and friendly. We loved our stay there and hope to return again!
