This property absolutely exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully furnished and maintained with everything one would need. The owner had even gone to the point of providing room-specific documentation for all appliances/ devices in each room. . .what a nice touch ! She was also a delight to work with and everything went exactly as discussed.
The grounds are well maintained and the neighbors very nice.
We are looking forward to our return next year.

Very nicely furnished condo with lots of extras you would not expect. Ideal for 2 couples travelling together as the unit has a split bedroom floor plan with numerous TVs. Walking distance to a couple of grocery stores, restaurants, and also Kohls. Good overall location for Phoenix and surrounding areas.

Quiet, very comfortable, well furnished. Felt secure at all times. The owner has taken the time to supply every last need, right down to the sunscreen.

I don't think there is a better condo to be your tempoary "home" if you are visiting the Phoenix/Mesa area. It is truly a luxury unit and not only is it furnished perfectly, but many extras are available so you only need to bring your clothes! Very quiet and private property in a gated community. We really appreciated the garage access too!
A vase of beautiful red roses and champaign were waiting when we arrived and the condo was immaculate. Very comfortable beds and the bathrooms, kitchen, and pantry were well stocked with everything you would need should you choose to cook.
Many restaurants very near and the area is easy to navigate for out of state guests.
