Reasonable price and convenience for a few days on the mountain. Snowflake lift, bus, town, and other ski areas all within striking distance. No frills amenities and decor were all comfortable and in working order.

We just returned from our first ski trip to Colorado. Mana was excellent to work with. Our original flight was canceled, which pushed our trip back a day and he graciously refunded 1 nights rental fee. Which I greatly appreciated. We had a great time, the condo was very clean, nice and cozy. The price was very reasonable compared to others in the same area. Thanks for allowing us to rent your home for a wonderful vacation.

I didn't bring my family but it was well suited for one. The ski out trail was easy to find and went right to the lift. Very close to the lift. A nice kitchen to keep costs down by eating in.Lot's of modern TV's to keep everyone entertained.(Bring the XBOX) The only downfall of the place was the small garage size which actually seemed to be more of an equipment storage space. I'd come back.

Overall I found this condo to be acceptable but nothing like prior rentals. The rooms were small and not much for condiments - don't really want to buy seasoning when I am on vacation. Could use a gas bbq, not a charcoal pan. Not exactly ski in/out - better directions to and from a lift would be handy.

I guess I have been spoiled by other VRBO rentals and this place paled by comparison.

I chose this property for my family's first visit to Breckenridge, over Thanksgiving week. We have rented condos at other locations, and must say that this was by far the nicest and most reasonably priced property that we have stayed in.

From the moment that we arrived, I was impressed with the cleanliness and the soothing decor, which was both tasteful and functional. Although the size of the condo is not large, we were never cramped for space, even with four kids (4-14) and two adults. Having two bathrooms helped with this immensely.

There were never any problems with noise from adjacent units, which I think was partly because the walls are extra-well insulated. The temperature was also constant, daytime or nighttime, and it never seemed to get hot or cold in the unit.

The kids particularly enjoyed the three flat-panel TVs with cable and DVD players located in the living area and bedrooms. Not much of a TV watcher myself, I enjoyed the hot tub more.

Because we were early in the season, and skiing on Peak 8 (with one in ski school), we did not find the condo to be really "ski-in, ski out". It is located within about a 1/2 - 1 block walk of the Snowflake lift, but that really did not work for us. However, it was a very short drive to the Gondola lot, and Gondola parking is free during the week for vehicles with 4+ passengers, so it worked out well. The base of Peak 9 is about 3 blocks from the Condo as well, so either are very close.

I was also impressed that the owner has in-town representatives to take care of any issues that come up, like extra keys, extra towels, etc. This proved to be a great benefit to this property.

Our family had a great time at this condo. It is very close to town, so we could walk to downtown easily. The ski lift is really close, so wintertime visitors will have it made. The kids loved the bunk bed, we loved the comfy master bed and we all enjoyed the 3 flat panel TVs. There was plenty of room for the four of us and the condo had all the supplies we needed. Thanks for letting us stay at your mountain home!

Thanks for letting us stay in your adorable condo. There was plenty of room for the four of us, close to everything and as cute as the photos. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
