Beautiful property - highly recommended

Having stayed at the villa on 3 occasions now it has never failed to impress. The villa is in an exclusive location and ideal for visiting Disney and the many shopping malls. Being on the golf course it is supberb for anyone wishing to play a few rounds of golf on their holiday. The villa is very well maintained and kept to a very high standard. It contains everything you should require and more. Any questions are easily answerable by a phone call to the management company. There is plenty of information held at the villa regarding restaurants and places to go and with detailed easy to follow directions.I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone and in fact can't wait until the next time we can go.

We enjoyed our "home away from home"! The house was everything we expected and more! The drive to the Disney parks was only 20 minutes and very easy. Various stores near by was very convenient. The owner of the home was very helpful and gracious. We enjoyed having our own space to relax in. Having our own pool was a bonus! We highly recommend this vacation home!

We took a family of seven to this villa and it was perfect. The location; on a golf course in a very well maintained estate; was ideal. There were two good supermarkets nearby and a number of restaurants. The main Disney Parks were 20 minutes away by car.

The bedrooms are all a good size and living space was really comfortable.

We spent a couple of days at home, round the pool to recover from the exhausting park trips and we could easily have spent more.

We are not golfers but it was obvious that we were on an excellent course - it claims to be one of the best in Florida.

I would definitely recommend it and may well go back myself.

We spend a week at this villa. We loved it. We had 3 couples and 2 children. The pool was great for the kids and it's so spacious for all of us. We will be requesting this place again when we head to Florida. Close to all the attractions and just very well kept.

My family and our friends from Germany thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home in Haines City. The pics you have on this site don't do it justice.
We had everything we needed and more, including great weather! And we were close enough to the sites and activities we wanted to see and do. Easy access to shopping and fun all in one.
The best thing about it was the affordability. We would not have been able to get a hotel for all of us even at half the price.We would highly recommend your home and would definately want to stay there again the next time we come to Florida.

We found the property to be as advertised, on an very nice golf course and easy to find. The house was clean and ready for us to move in and enjoy the house and the weather in Fl. We were given the number for the company that maintained the property and received prompt service when we had a need. We played many golf courses, some new ones and some that we had played before a bit farther north and new ones in the Haines City area, including Southern Dunes and found a variety of designes. We did not have lunch at the clubhouse and Haines City does not have too many options for eating establishments. But we made trips to nearby places in Celebration, Lakeland, Winter Haven and Lake Wales. The one thing that we missed was internet connections. Hope they add this before next year.

The house was very relaxing and private. It was very well funished, the kitchen was well supplied with utensils. The property was very clean and well maintained. The pool was clean. There was a walmart right outside the gated community so we didn't have to go far for things. It is close enough to Orlando to easily drive there and back. It is wonderful for two people or it could easily accomodate a lot more people.

Southern Dunes is Just 40mins off U.S.Highway27,South, from Orlando Airport.Before you travel,you will get easy to follow directions,and a list of good places to eat in,(Try Manny's ChopHouse..mmm)which we found very helpful..and the all important directions to Shops and Malls
The villa itself....The rooms are all laid out very well,in a very homely manner,welcoming...one of the things that mean a lot to us.That .Home from Home feeling

There are plenty of spare towels and bed clothes,enough for all.Everywhere is spotlessly clean..a place for everything,and everthing in its place..the way a holiday home should be..Washing machine and dryer in garage,which means you can wash and dry all your clothes..very handy for going home...saves having to leave it all till you get home..
The kitchen is very well appointed,but set simple,so its easy to use all the appliances...including dishwasher!!
You will find plenty of leaflets with numbers for take-aways,restaurants,emergency numbers etc..and a list of the villa management numbers,should you need them.
The Pool is cleaned to the highest standard,which is very important,with plenty of sun loungers and chairs for everyone..there's a nice porch outside,with a light & fan,to chat outside day or night,,even if its raining Cats n' Dogs...l!!
There are plenty of attractions,including the theme parks,but florida is also more than just them...try heading down the coast...theres so much to do.
If you golf,try a game in the well maintained southern dunes course,..Try the buffet breakie on a sunday morning...mmmm
We have being going to florida for hols for the last 10 years,and we always try book with Pat & Bob,but you'll need to be quick..
Book it..try it,and you will want to go back..after staying here,you wont want to stay anywhere else.
