One of the best we have had.

This home was so much better than we had expected. We told Dennis the pictures did not do the house justice. The kitchen was perfect for all 8 of us to cook in and socialize in. And the back yard with the pool, spa, BBQ, and table tennis, all made the indoor/outdoor experience so relaxing. We did indeed relax, exhaled and had a wonderful stay. We will sure be back to this home again and again.

This house has every amenity you could hope for during your vacation. The beautiful pool and jacuzzi are surrounded by a magnificent garden and large palm trees. There is a peaceful large outdoor area behind a very tall hedge giving you total privacy and a real sense of seclusion. The large gourmet kitchen will make you feel at home, and there is a comfortable living room with two cozy couches located between the fireplace and the extra-large-screen television. I felt right at home after five minutes, and it was really difficult to say goodbye after one month in that slice of paradise. A big part of my comfort was because of the great service from Dennis and Kevin, who kept the house in perfect condition. They were ready to help whenever I needed it and treated me like royalty.

We had an amazing time at this property! We had 4 couples and the layout was perfect for us. Dennis greeted us at the property, and he was so accommodating and hospitable. The home was extremely clean and had all the main essentials we needed. The backyard is paradise! The misters that circle the pool are awesome! The home has 2 refrigerators, which was so nice because we had a lot of food and drinks to store. The added 4th bedroom is really nice because it has an extra blow-up mattress if you have one more couple or 2 kids. And the room has its own air-conditioning!
We will definitely be back to visit and stay at this property. It is a perfect place for a couples getaway or a family getaway!

We decided a little late that we wanted to head to Palm Springs for Memorial Day weekend- so we jumped online and tried to find a cool house to accommodate 4 couples for the weekend. We were SO lucky to find this property!! It had everything we needed- great pool, MISTERS!!! such a plus in the heat, many comfy lounge chairs, ping pong table, spa, great sound system, great kitchen, great outdoor dining, beautiful landscape and great lighting, BBQ, newly done bathroom, and more!! We had planned out going into town one night over the weekend but had so much fun cooking, BBQing and playing games at the house that we never made it out! We want to make this a tradition it was so fun. Dennis was amazing, called me back within 10 minutes when we couldn’t turn some lights on, and was so easy going and great work with. I will say that this house needs new pictures taken because the pictures up on the sight do not do it justice at all- it’s so much bigger, prettier and cooler in real life!! Can't wait to go back!

We rented two properties in this area for our group of 14. Dennis the property manager, rents another four bedroom which is approximately a block away. The two homes worked out perfectly for 3 families and a grandparent. Dennis is extremely friendly and very professional. He met us when we arrived and walked us through the homes giving us some useful tips and he provides a binder with detailed information on the home and area. He also provided the homes with some bottled water, up to date palm springs info and a good supply toilet paper and paper towels. I have rented 3 other times on VRBO and no one has offered all of this upon arrival.
The layout of the home and the garden is stunning. It has a calm relaxing feel inside and around the pool. The garden is incredible. You see nothing but the foliage and the hills surrounding. The home is tastefully decorated and very relaxing to spend time in. The master bedroom and shower have been redone recently and is great. There is a beautiful bedroom off the pool which suited my mother in law. The third and fourth bedroom suited the kids. The fourth bedroom has a pull out couch for sleeping and also has an air hockey table which kept the kids busy during the midday sun. The home has televisions in almost every room, with an impressive large screen hd tv in the living room. The house has an adult feel but managed to accommodate our kids very well, although I made a point of putting away a few beautiful glass objects that the kids might break.
The kitchen is fine for cooking simple meals, but we preferred the other home's kitchen if we had a group dinner. But eating outside on the patio at this home is sublime. I am not sure if it was mentioned in the property description but the pool is saline and easy to operate, also there were two bikes available for our use. Biking in PS is awesome so that was a bonus.
Location is very central in Palm Spring with easy access to roads if we were visiting other areas in the desert.

This house was amazing, beautiful, and filled with everything we needed. Several friends and I had a wonderfun weekend here in August and couldn't be more please with the house and Dennis. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to visit Palm Springs,
