First floor is further finished out with two screened porches and two Guest Bedrooms, each with its own private full bath and a pair of double/single and single/single bunk beds. Additional half bath is also located on first floor for guests and convenience.

Two Master Suites are located upstairs - each with large private full baths with dual sinks and large walk-in showers. Masters include king size beds, HDTVs, large separate sitting areas and large private balconies with unlimited views overlooking the bay. One Master Suite also has a queen sleeper sofa. Upstairs also includes a Guest Bedroom with two twin beds and a large laundry room.

The entire first floor is wheelchair accessible with oversized pathways, hallways and doorways. The entire waterfront sidewalk, finger piers and T-head are also wheelchair accessible.

The house sits on a one acre lot with no adjacent development, so there is plenty of room to run!
