The sun room is surrounded on three sides by water and is a phenomenal spot to relax, read a book, or dine and watch the constant parade of boats going to Mystic Seaport and the marinas. My wife and I live out of state. We use the house when we can and eventually plan to retire here.
My grandparents built this house in 1942 when there were only a few people on the Island. They were able to get an absolutely ideal location. I have been coming here since the 1950s. We have continually updated the house and have had it professionally decorated. We don't put very much away, so our guests will feel that they are in a real home, not a rental
