Once you enter, you will see the open concept living, dining and kitchen. We have a sectional in the living room in addition to a seating/sleeping bench underneath the windows.

This level also has a full size washer and dryer tucked underneath the stairs, a full bathroom and a kid friendly bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. One bunk is doubles the other is twins. So on this level you can sleep up to six in the bedroom and one in the living room.

Upstairs you will find 3 more bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The Master suite has a King size bed and a full size futon for your sitting pleasure OR extra sleeping for up to four in this room. Those traveling with a wee one will find a pack and play in the walk in closet. There is a garden tub and double sinks in the master.

There is another full size bathroom near the other two bedrooms. Each have a queen bed and a custom sleeping/sitting bench with a maximum sleeping capacity of three for each of those bedrooms. All three bedrooms have a private door leading to the upper deck. Here you will find gorgeous views and more furniture.

So you are looking at a MAXIMUM sleeping capacity of 10 upstairs and 7 down.
