We rented this villa in mid-July 2010. Prior to working with Matthew and Anna, we had a terrible experience with other property managers in Aruba in locating rental villa to accommodate our needs; they were not interested in our needs...all they tried to do was push renting unacceptable or their own properties. Once we started working with Matthew and Anna, all our questions and concerns were promptly addressed and they made the search for accommodations easy. They made sure all of our family needs were met. They met us upon arrival in Aruba, took us to the villa and made sure we were comfortable and even stocked some supplies in the frig. Any inquires we had during our stay, they immediately responded and assisted. The house was great and certainly met our needs, thanks to Matthew and Anna. If we ever go back to Aruba, the only property managers we will contact are Matthew and Anna. We had a great stay!!!

We rented this home from 8/4-8/12 and were very pleased with the size, amenities and location. Most of all, the property managers Anna and Matthew were fantastic. They met us at the car rental facility and escorted us to the home. There were a few minor issues that they quickly resolved within minutes of emailing them (they live close by). The only issue with the house was the 4th bedroom was not accessible within the main house, you had to walk out onto the patio and access through a slider, which made it unusable considering we had small children traveling with us. This bedroom would be great if you had in-laws or other adults traveling with you who wanted some privacy and didn't want to be within earshot of any children.

Overall, the house was clean, had decent appliances (no dryer, just a very small washing machine) and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was cleaned 3 times while we were there by a pool service company.

I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a good location close to Eagle Beach and downtown.
