Beautiful and a great escape! Beach directly across the street about 50 steps. You can hear and see the Gulf from your unit. Best view in the building

A large shopping plaza, Avenue of the Flowers, is behind the complex, offering a large grocery store, wine and liquor store, drug store, video rentals, specialty shops, and restaurants. High quality Municipal Tennis Courts are one block away and a four-foot wide sidewalk extends for most of Longboat Key with seven to eight miles for jogging, rollerblading, walking, biking, and walking your dog. One can also walk the beach for the same distance, and shelling is a favorite activity.

We offer an extensive activities guide connecting you to many free activities in the area. Along with many movies and games for all ages to pick from.

My husband and I purchased our 2 bedroom in Feb 2010 and it was the coldest Feb on record. It was so cold we could not even walk out on the beach. We started renting the condo on Memorial Day weekend 2010.

We had never been to LBK when we purchased the condo. We love LBK better than any other place in Florida. We looked at many different beach locations before deciding on LBK. This area is a hidden gem.

What makes this condo unique

LBK is a very quiet beach. I love that we can walk across the street and be on the beach. We often leave our stuff out on the beach and run back to the condo for a nap.

Wonderful Stay on LBK

We had a family of 5 and had a wonderful stay on LBK. The condo had everything we needed beach towels and sheets. The kitchen was fully equipped: pots, pans and even a blender. The beach was right across the street and the owners had beach chairs and umbrellas. The location to area attractions was perfect. The owners were very helpful and had a nice website with all the information of several condos to rent in the area. We would definitely recommend renting from this owner when vacationing in Florida.

Upon arrival, the owner emailed me all the information on how to get into the condo. She also provided an information sheet about things to do on Longboat Key, which was very helpful.

The condo was well kept and nicely decorated. The owner provided many extras including dvds, games, beach towels,

"Great value close to the beach."

I really enjoyed my vacation at Longboat Key. The beach was beautiful and pristine. The condo was comfortable and we saved money by preparing our own meals. Everything was available to use in the kitchen and when taking a family of 3 kids on vacation like we did, you try to save money by eating at home.

We've stayed in Destin and thought that the prices at this condo in Longboat Key were better. Especially with all the little extra touches that Bernadette offered. (Dvds, books, beach chairs, fresh linen etc.)

I would definitely return!

We were here for over a week and it was such a nice time. The condo is so cute and the picture above is looking out from the balcony. Shopping and restaurants are fantastic and easily accessible. Big supermarket is within walking distance.

I would highly recommend this vacation rental to all my friends and family.

Terrific getaway

I enjoyed myself very much the 5 days my dog, Sasha and I stayed. We walked every morning and evening; and I swam every day and soaked in the sun. Not only is the condo pet friendly but it was very clean and had everything I needed. The owner didn't forget a thing. I so liked the quiet beach. I am already planning another stay in Nov with some of my family.

Awesome Stay

What a great place, quiet, family friendly, really clean. Great location, the town is not far away and is a nice place to grab dinner and walk around. Fishing there is great. Would recommend this to anyone who wants some quiet time away with their family. My wife and I went as a couple with no kids and had a great time. Thanks for a great stay.

My wife, kids, and I had a great time at Longboat Key. The condo was directly across the road from the beach access. It was a very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the privacy of the beach. Our kids could sprawl out and play without bothering anyone. The condo was the perfect size for us. The owners must have put a lot of thought in providing everything we needed for the beach and our stay. The kids had toys for the beach, movies, and activities within the condo. There were also beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella for my wife and I to use on the beach. There were also movies that were enjoyable for both my wife and I. The memories that we make in Longboat will be with us forever.

Bernadette, I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your condo. The location is PERFECT!!! We loved how quiet the beach was, there were NO crowds. We felt like we had a private beach. My husband found a sand dollar right on the beach. This is the first time for us coming to LBK, but plan on coming back. Your booking was very easy with doing it all online.
