Just as described. Very well equipped,clean,comfy,&in a great location.There's a beach buggy to cart your beach stuff which is very helpful. The home is roomy enough & bed's really comfy! Also provided was a parking pass for municipal parking which saved us money on parking for beach. There are small flat screen tv's in each of the bedrooms.The kid's enjoyed that! Grill,picnic table, nice to have.I would definatley recommend this quiet beach rental.Close to everything!
