Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful house. The decor is so uplifting you can't be anything but relaxed as soon as you walk thru the door. And what a spectacular area to stay, wow, what beautiful sunsets this time of your. The kitchens are so well equipped we didn't need anything you didn't already have. The pool is perfect for playing and lounging which we did alot of both.
Thanks again, hope to be back again next year!

We had a very large family group in this house and we enjoyed it very much. Access to the beach is a boardwalk right across the road, the pool is clean and plenty big enough, there is ample parking. Although the house seems compact, there are plenty of spaces for sleeping, showering, socializing, eating, cooking. Having 2 kitchens and an outdoor grill are convenient and the kitchens are very well-stocked with utensils and equipment, and everything worked ... we've had major issues with this at other beach houses, but not this one. The owner/manager has been responsive to our suggestion that the knives need to be sharper but that was the only thing we thought was missing in the kitchen. The house and grounds are very clean. The biggest problem was probably the slowness of the dryer but I think that's the nature of the front-loading beast.

When we do this family vacation, 2 families a night take resposibility for feeding the whole group. This works out very well and gives us all a couple of nights to go out on our own for a restaurant meal. While our home meals were excellent (everyone tries extra hard to be impressive) I'm afraid our restaurant meals were overprice and just not that good. Oh well.
We would definitely stay here again.

My entire family just spent a week for our annual Christmas Vacation in this amazing home. The home is even better than shown in the pictures. Wonderful decks, plenty of room for everyone to have their space. The heated pool is very private and the perfect way to relax after a long afternoon at the beach. There were 15 of us from 11 years old to 81 years old and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The beach access is right across the road and easily accessible. We have been coming to The Beaches of South Walton every year for the past 5 years and this home is one of the best we have stayed in. It has, by far, the most well stocked kitchen of any we have visited. Thanks, Barb, for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home.

You have everything you could possibly need to cook or grill, not to mention the blenders for making the perfect drink to sip lounging pool side.
