Wonderful place to stay!!!
We visited splash resort for a family vacation and we absolutely loved it!! Perfect for kids and adults! Loved the lazy river and little splash pad! The unit was very clean and nice!! We will definitely be returning and staying in this condo for the next family vacations!

We had a great visit at the beach and in this Condo. This was our 2nd year to rent this Condo and hve been very pleased with the Splash Facility, the Condo, and the Owner. The weather was great during our entire stay and we would highly recommend renting from this Owner. Thanks from our Family!

Good winter away
We stayed in Robin's condo for 2 months this winter. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The new balcony furniture was a big plus! Robin was very easy to work with.

listing was great on location
photos were accurate/good!
property was clean--only issue was couches were not on the insides and the cushions didn't fit correctly when sitting on them. and, the master shower curtain was torn and didn't really fit the shower.
owner was VERY helpful and easy to work with.
definitely recommend to others.
quite a bit is nearby--pool is awesome for kids.

Loved Splash - Great Condo!
Awesome condo! Awesome stay! We typically stay in Destin but opted for the kid friendly atmosphere of Splash. My 4 year old loved the lazy river and frog pad but found the water park a bit overwhelming primarily because the water was so cold. The condo had enough space for our family to include Grandma and Nana. We really needed a broom so we just bought one at the store and left it for future guests. Booking and connecting with Robin went smoothly - very easy. We'll definitely be back again next year.

Great Family Vacation Resort and Condo
Our stay at the Splash Resort was great and the Beach was beautiful. The water was crystal clear and the weather was sunny for 6 out of the 7 days we were there. The air temp was cool at the beginning of the week and we would have rated the week 5 stars if all the pools were heated. Only 1 was heated and it was broken for the coldest days and the Gulf water was in the upper 60's to low 70's. That is our only complaint. Our unit 806E was great and the owner was good to work with. The resort was clean and very well maintained. Our 3 year old Grandson was a little young for the water park pool but loved the heated pool and the Kiddie fountain pool. We plan on returning for another vacation.

Wonderful Stay!
We had a wonderful stay at Panama City Beach. The condo at Splash Resort was beautiful, decorated very well and truly had all the comforts of home. It was great to just unpack clothing & groceries and be all set to enjoy our vacation! We loved that Splash Resort was on the west end of Front Beach Road – it was spring break for our 7 year old daughter so PCB was very busy but we found the west side to be quieter and more family-friendly. Robin (the owner) was fabulous to work with, easy to contact and provided “extras” that we weren’t expecting but delighted to receive. Splash Resort worked well for us with our daughter in that we had access to the beach / sun but loved the options provided when our “sun-sensitive” daughter had enough sun but still wanted to swim. We’d definitely consider this for another vacation!

Great week in PCB!!
My friend and I brought our kids and we had a terrific time. It was so nice to be able to hear the waves crashing from our balcony! Also from the balcony, I was able to see a water spout! The beds were super comfortable. Splash Resort is a great place to take a family. We were here during spring break and the atmosphere on this end of PCB is much more family friendly. The owner, Robin, was very helpful and even called the evening we arrived to be sure everything was ok. The worse thing about the resort was waiting on the elevator, it seemed a little slow. Would definitely return here for another vacation!
