4 bedroom classic modern from the 60s fully updated. Master bedroom has king bed; three other bedrooms have two twins on a platform that can be pulled apart or drawn together to make another king. Sleeper queen in the living room. Heated 50 ft pool; dock for boats and kayaks; swim in the lagoon or at the life guarded ocean beach (5 minutes). Tennis court 4 minutes walk. New quiet and effective Sanyo Air Conditioners in each room. Pet (dog) friendly. Great house; constant breezes and air conditioned. Not heated for winter. Relaxed and casual. By owner.

Great House
My family found it so comfortable and relaxing. It was so great to have the pool.
The owner, Bill, is a very nice guy. He wanted to make sure that we enjoyed our stay and that we were comfortable.
