Wow, what a disappointment. I had really high hopes especially after reading the other reviews. It was so bad, I really expected a camera crew to jump out and say "You are on candid camera."
However, I'm not sure where they stayed but it was not at Printers Alley Lofts. Where to start? The carpet and hallway leading to the Penthouse smelled of dirty, wet dog. The AC vents in the downstairs bedroom where filthy and broken, all the carpets had huge stains, the kitchen carpet had food particles still visible, the fridge was gross, the freezer had previous guest's items, the 1st floor bathroom needs to re-grouted and thoroughly cleaned (the previous guest was a brunette, I know because her hair was everywhere in the shower), the upstairs bathtub didn't drain so you had to stand in your own filth. The first floor bedroom comforter was old and dingy. The AC thermostat was under lock down and set for 72, why? After paying xxx a night (with all the fees), I should be trusted to decide the temperature. A ceiling fan was missing its light fixture. To top everything off, a flea jumped on my husband. I could not wait to leave.
Owner's Response: First and foremost we are sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service. Our property manager never received any phone calls or communication nor did our booking office that a guest was not content. We wished you would have contacted us with your concerns during your stay as we would handled your concerns immediately. We are assuming you came in place of another guest. The dates you have listed as your stay have another guests name on the payment and contract and that guest asked to stay an extra night so, we were unaware of any unhappy situation.We checked our records and you are not listed as any of our reserving guests. We do not have your name matched with anyone on the books and signed rental agreements stating the other guests names.
The carpet in the lobby was cleaned the date that is listed as your reservation date. The Lofts are completely cleaned after every check-out and we have excellent reviews stating the cleanliness. As stated in our rental agreement that should any issues arise to please contact us. As you read from all of our reviews our customer service is top notch. It's unfortunate that you did not communicate any of your concerns during your stay as we could have helped alleviate anything that might have been uncomfortable during your stay. We apologize if anything was not satisfactory and are regretful that we did not get an opportunity to alleviate any frustrations.
