Printer's Alley Penthouse Loft & Flat
I recently came to Nashville with some friends and I was looking for a good hotel to stay at. Unfortunately, some of the hotels were very bland or not well located. Luckily I was able to find these units on Printer's Alley. The price was better then a hotel, more spacious, great decor, and with better amenities like full kitchens. It's also a great location right on Printer's Alley with a fun Karaoke Bar Lonnie's across the street. The location is extremely safe and so is the entry to the property and the individual condos. The owners and property manager are also extremely easy to deal with and the entire experience was as easy as checking into a hotel. The close proximity to all of the restaurants and bars on Broadway and 2nd Ave was perfect. If I come back to Nashville or know about anyone visiting it's easy to say I would not just suggest but MAKE them rent one of the Printer's Alley properties!

We want to thank you for our wonderful stay at the apartment on Printers Alley. We had a great time. We met the owner and staff of the Burbon Steet Blues Bar and they were very friendly and helpful. We ate at the English Pup and the fish and chips are to die for. We also met the folks at the Fiddle and Steel Bar. The apartment proximity to the tourist attractions and dining and grocery locations is unbeatable. The apartment was just what we hoped it would be and we hope everything was in order when we left. We met Darold and he was very helpful when we needed him. He was concerned about the construction bothering us, but it was not an issue. We would certainly recommend the Lofts to anyone looking for a place to stay and enjoy Nashville.

If you want a true Nashville experience stay here! Awesome place. Very accomodating. In the heart of Printers Alley. You can walk everywhere. If you take a shuttle from the airport you can take the shuttle to the Courtyard by Marriott to Church & 4th and walk up a block to your place.

Wonderful Graduation Weekend
We stayed here for Vanderbilt's graduation weekend. We were concerned about being farther from campus but it was not problem. Everything is about 10 mins away. The loft is exactly as pictured and beautiful. The nightlife was going strong right outside the door to the building but our room was completely quiet. The parking is very close and convenient. There are not doors on the two bathrooms which was not a problem for us but might be if staying there with friends. We will definitely be back!

great location
Great location in downtown Nashville. We were there for Vanderbilt graduation and everything was only a few minutes away. The loft was exactly as described and despite Printer's Alley being a busy area for nightlife it was completely quiet in our building. The parking included with the condo is right next door which is convenient. We were supposed to have a parking pass for our car but they were out of them when we checked in. One was supposed to be left for us but it didn't happen which wasn't that big of a deal but the parking garage attendants were not happy with us and did hassle us a bit about it. Would not keep me from staying there again but I would insist we get a parking pass to avoid having to have the disapproving conversation every time we entered and exited the garage. There are no doors on the bathroom which wasn't a problem for us but may be for some.
