Only 5 mins walk to the University, 1 min walk to historic Nob Hill (Route 66) and not on the main road! The property is near new and still looks brand new throughout. There is an eatery on the ground level of the building which is ideal for a quick snack or the evening meal. The studio is beautifully decorated and the bright colors on the walls and furniture make for a vibrant atmosphere. A vast array of restaurants, boutique bars, cafes and the like are within a few minutes walk from the front door. This is truly a marvelous place to stay and I will certainly be checking availability here when arranging my next Albuquerque vacation.

My husband and I recently stayed in this wonderful apartment and couldn’t have been happier! We travel quite a bit and have stayed in many VRBO's along the way. That said, this is one of my favs yet. It is in the heart of Albuquerque with close proximity to restaurants, shops, etc. The owner was extremely nice and went out of her way to acclimate us to the area and make us comfortable!

The apartment: Love it! The pictures don't do the place justice on VRBO.com. The owners have taken every last detail into consideration and upon our arrival; we even found a bottle of wine and coffee for the morning waiting for us. Everything you can imagine was furnished - towels, linens, toiletries, Wi-Fi internet, bottled water, spices, all the cooking & eating utensils you would ever need, microwave, toaster, dish washing soap, laundry detergent etc. In other words, we just had to bring our clothes and it was like being at home. It was very clean, quiet and very comfortable. It is PERFECT for a couple. Would not recommend if traveling with children/pets given the high-end amenities.

We feel we cannot say enough good things about the owner or apartment, but we would highly recommend it and would definitely return in the future. Many thanks for making our first visit to Albuquerque an easy one. We made great memories!

I loved staying in this studio! The location is perfect, close to great dinning and shopping. The studio was so comfortable! The decor is really modern and fun. It is fully stocked with ammenities and they even included a complimentary bottle of wine, a bag of coffee, chocolate etc. I was sad to leave and I will definitely return!

Owner of studios has great taste. Everything one could possibly want is on hand. Though in a commercial building with restaurant above & below, noise was never a problem. I could easily live in these studios for a very extended visit.

Location, location. This place is a great little gem in Nob Hill with access to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Property is amazing and set up well for your stay. Was there for 5 days and only wish I could have longer. There's a wonderful place to eat called Baileys on the beach, they even deliver to the room. Cash or CC payment at the counter. Have to try the coconut pancakes. The property is well kept and has a great style with decor. Overall a winner.

We have rented 10-15 apartments through VRBO over the years, and this is the best we have ever seen. The location can't be beat, with dozens of options for dining and eclectic shopping, the price is very reasonable and Gaye is a delight to work with. But the apartment itself is the star of the show. Beautifully remodeled, with incredible attention to detail, it is decorated in a funky decor, with newly upholstered, multi-color painted thrift store furniture. It has an ultra-modern feel. The kitchen and bath are both well equipped and beautifully decorated. Everything in the place is coordinated to go with everything else, right down to the paper napkins on the table. It seems more spacious than the pictures make it appear. The welcome wine and snacks were a nice touch. The rooftop patio has great views. You can have a meal, or just bring your own glass of wine up to relax. The way up went right in front of our door, and we did hear some foot traffic in the evening, but it stopped before bedtime, so it was not a bother. This is just a fun space to be in. Gaye has two other apartments on VRBO in the same building, and I would love to stay in each one, just to appreciate the different decors. This is simply the best.

Loved staying at this studio! I have never stayed any place so clean and well stocked for such a reasonable price! And I loved the bright and contemporary decor. My favorite part was the shower with the rock tile, so creative! The cafe located on the first floor served tasty beach style food and was so convenient. It was nice to be able to order room service or to sit on the rooftop patio. On the patio we were able to take in the breath-taking mountain view while enjoying our food and sipping a glass of wine or beer. Although the cafe was very casual there are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance in the Nob Hill area. Nob Hill also has great shopping available with fun & eclectic shops. Gaye was wonderful and very accommodating; always willing to answer any questions we had. It is a great place to stay and enjoy Albuquerque's urban life style and we will definitely be staying here again!

This cute studio is well-appointed and has all the amenities one could want. It is close to UNM's campus and the great restaurants on Central. It was more spacious than the pictures make it seem, and was a very clean and comfortable studio. The thing that you cannot tell from the description is that it is sandwiched above and below a noisy BAR and restaurant. The noise continued all day, but was particularly bad in the evenings and night. It didn't just come from above and below, though. The stairs between the restaurant's two levels goes right in front of the studio door, so people were constantly tromping right past the door. One rude person even tried to open our door! As we tried to get our toddler to sleep, we would hear loud voices and what sounded like near-constant furniture being moved around above us. I wish we had known about the noise before making our selection, since we were traveling with a child. If noise doesn't bother you, this is a nice place. But if you're looking for quiet, you will want to look elsewhere.
