The peaceful setting is next to the st-ferreol golf club with mountain views that will sweep you off your feet.

Villa 4 bedrooms

Villa with spacious dining/living area with cozy fireplace, modern kitchen including dishwasher, microwave and utensils.

One bathroom with a bath tub, one bathroom with shower and washer/dryer. Two televisions with cable. 1/3 mile (600m) from ski lifts. Sleeps 8 to 10 persons.

Bed configuration varies but in general:

4 bedroom villa: Two bedrooms with queen size bed each, one bedroom with two single beds and one big bedroom with two single beds and one double bed.

I have lived in this beautiful part of Canada since 1969 and decided to stay 1st as a ski bum later as a property owner with wife Gisele and my 2 girls who work side by side with me now .

What makes this villa unique

you are close to many natural sites the mountains ,the waterfalls, the st lawrence river . Quebec city is a 1/2 hour drive away

Great condo across from Mont Saint Anne

We had a great stay in February 2011. Condo was a perfect fit for two familes of 5 (kids in 2 bedrooms, adults in the other 2). All the things you might need (and if there is something missing/broken, management responds right away and delivers it to your condo - we needed a new toaster and it was there almost immediately), Pool area is small, but perfect for kids. Hot tub was awesome apres ski. The base of Mont Saint Anne is literally across the street and the ski resort is a fantastic one. Again, great for kids, but also challenging terrain for the adults. Not crowded on the slopes. Quebec City is only about 20 minutes away too and is one of the neatest North American cities I have ever been too - feels like you're in Europe. We drove 9 hours to get there and it was well worth it!

Recommended for: Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
