We bought this condo in November 2009 because we love the Palm Springs area and wanted a place that was updated, light and bright, south facing and lots of sun. We wanted to be on the golf course with views of water, palm trees and mountains. And close to restaurants and shopping. After looking in country clubs all over the valley we found it. This was the one. It sits on the sixth hole of the south course, overlooking the green and a four tiered waterfall splashing into a small lake that ducks and cranes visit. To us it is heaven.
