Wonderful Place!!! We enjoyed our 4 night stay and will be back soon.
The Cozy Paradise was amazing!!! The home is beautiful and equipped with EVERYTHING we needed and more incuding games for kids, toys for baby, play pen, bikes, chairs, towels, wagon, fully equipped kitchen, patio table, BBQ, beautiful hot tub. The beach is up the street and many stores and restaurants are very close by. We are already planning our next visit!

Great Place and Location
Our family of four stayed at the Cozy Paradise for a week in March. The condo is as advertised - very clean, well-stocked, and in easy walking distance to the beach and to some great local restaurants. Sonja was very easy to work with and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending her home to family and friends.

Fantastic stay
We recently stayed at this property for a week and had a phenomenal visit. The house was immaculate and Sonja did a great job of giving us the skinny on the area and the best restaurants to hit. Location was fantastic...just a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay there again!

Vacation Rental Review
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your wonderful home. It was very clean, and the owner, Sonja, was extremely gracious and thoughtful in her helping us understand all the details. It was delightful to meet her at the property and be shown all the amenities--it was also very nice to receive the basketful of coupons and very helpful, local, information to enhance our stay. We were enjoying the company of our 2 monthy old grandson, and the owners had so many items that were there, and we didn't need to bring--like a pac'nplay, baby swing, etc.
We were VERY pleased with our entire experience (except it just wasn't long enough), and will strongly suggest this property to our family and friends.

We had a Great Time!
We had a wonderful time in this lovely home! Our week stay was a relaxing time. Everything was well stocked..plenty of towels and the kitchen was great to cook in. The house was lovely and decorated beautifully. The garage was equipped with all the neccessary things you need for the beach..4 bikes, wagon with beach toys, beach towels...I'm telling you this is one very organized owner!
The location is fabulous as we could just walk across the street to stores and resturants..we rode our bikes to the local bakery in the morning for a wonderful Bran muffin and coffee. We highly recomend this property to anyone who is looking for a clean home with a great location!

We recently stayed at a cozy paradise and found all the amenities we needed. The garage had bikes, beach chairs, toys, coolers, wagon and more! How convenient is that! The inside of the house was even better. Modern and updated with room for 6 plus a great hot tub to relax in after the beach with a BBQ next to it. If cooking at home isn't your thing, you can walk to a variety of restaurants or stroll on the bike path to eateries on the beach. This house had everything.

Beautiful house, wonderful location
In August my family and I spent a glorious, restful week at A Cozy Paradise. The house is outfitted with all the accessories you need for the beach - chairs, umbrellas, towels, sunblock. The Jacuzzi on the roof was a perfect way to relax and enjoy open sky. Bedroom and living room furniture is comfortable and tasteful. You can't ask for a better location - a block from the beach, close to restaurants/shopping. Gracious hosts who are responsive and welcoming.

Relaxing and peaceful vacation
This house was truly "a cozy paradise". It had all the comforts of home and was in a fabulous location. The owners have truly thought of everything you might need - including tons of stuff for our toddler. We were very close to the beach, restaurants, and even the grocery store. They provided us so many fun things for the beach, we didn't even feel like visitors, we felt like we were locals. They also made excellent recommendations for dining. My family and I could not have asked for more!

We have rented many homes in Newport over the past few years and we can honestly say this is by far the nicest, most well appointed one we have ever stayed in. It's not a cliche' to say the home is perfect! Once you open the front door you will understand that it is unlike any vacation rental you will ever stay at. Your first impression is that this house is like a villa at a Ritz Carlton. Sonja, the owner, has truly thought of everything. There was even a welcome basket and fresh flowers on the granite island. This house has every possible amenity you could ever imagine. Other than your clothing, you don't need to bring ANYTHING! We had a great stay and will definitely be back.

Home Away From Home
Our stay in Newport was beyond perfect!!!! The house was immaculate and filled with absolutely EVERYTHING we needed for a week at the beach with our family. It was a fabulous way to celebrate our daughter's graduation as well as the beginning of our summer vacation. The location of the house is amazing.....we never used our car because the grocery store, delicious restaurants, and the beach were either within walking distance or just a bike ride away! Thanks so much for a vacation that we will never forget. We are thinking that we will have to do it again very soon!!!
