Located in a quiet neighborhood of Noord you will find the ‘Noord Breeze Villa’. A well equipped and spacious two story vacation villa, only a 5 minutes drive from Palm Beach, Eagle Beach and Arashi Beach which is great for snorkeling! The villa features 3 comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms in the main house: 2 bedrooms downstairs sharing 1 bathroom. The master bedroom is privately located on the top floor adorned with its unique wooden handmade king size canopy bed and is outfitted with its own bathroom, large SMART TV and closets.

All beds have new mattresses. There is nice living room with its large SMART TV with its wireless keyboard where you can surf the internet, do your e-mails, watch your favorite Youtube movies or stay in contact with your friends through facebook, twitter or other social media accounts! There is a nice and well equipped open kitchen, providing all utensils you may need to whip up a nice meal for your loved ones, even a medium size wine cooler and a dishwasher.

The villa is surrounded by an open and very breezy patio featuring a large pool, a lounging area with its lounge bed and lounge chairs. There is also a beautiful teak dining table which sits 8 persons, perfect for those lazy BBQ’s evenings.

The guesthouse has a queen bed with its own smart TV, a full bathroom, a kitchen with its stove and a small refrigerator.

Noord Breeze Villa provides a new BBQ grill, all new linens and bath/beach towels, beach chairs for your use and a cooler box to pack and take with you for those long beach days. The Villa is children friendly and provides a changing table, highchair and a playpen. Fast WIFI internet is available on the whole property at no extra cost. A cell phone with a local number is also available. Incoming calls are free, but for outgoing calls a purchase of prepaid card is required. Noord Breeze Villa is only on a 5 minute car ride to both Eagle and Palm Beaches…also very close to a wonderful tiny Italian Bakery great for fresh bread and croissants. There are numerous restaurants, beaches, shopping & attractions nearby.

WONDERFUL home, GREAT Company!

This was a beautifully kept home, very spacious and had everything we needed. Great Value!
But what was even more outstanding was the Aruba Happy Rentals company. Everyone that worked there was amazing, very helpful, and responded so quickly to any of our questions. ( They even showed up on a Sunday afternoon with BBQ utensils! ) : )

We loved out stay, and will be back to "One Happy Island".
