Thoroughly enjoyed this spacious, airy, well maintained and clean condo. Nice furniture. Lovely views, balconies overlooking pool area, views of mountains. The stairs were worth the climb. Wonderfully quiet, except for a few nights when the spa was used at 2AM (against rules/regulations).
The condo kitchen was very well equipped, however the ice maker was not working during the stay.
The owner did try to get it working, and quickly came to resolve a few other minor problems. The two TVs were a great asset. Pool towels have been supplied. Great to have washer and dryer, and even an iron and ironing board were available!
For night time - some kind of covering over dining area/balcony window would be nice.
As a reader, it was necessary to purchase higher wattage bulbs; perhaps a different lamp, good for reading, would be nice in the living room.
Location was great - Bristol Farms, Sherman's Deli just across street, grocery store about 2 blocks away, Morton's Steakhouse and Cork Tree Restaurant about 5 minutes drive. If you like Trader Joe's - that's near a Fisherman's Market restaurant, and a Thai restaurant with wonderful food. When again in Palm Desert, I would definitely try to rent/lease this condo.
