This would be the perfect place for 2 couples or a family with 2-4 kids. We were a bit cramped with 4 adults and 4 kids but it was definitely manageable. The owners were really easy to deal with and gave us lots of good info before we arrived. The condo itself is very comfortable and we loved being on the ground floor, right in front of the pool. The property was very quiet even though we were there over the Christmas season. The community of Puerto Aventuras had lots to do - shopping, restaurants, pubs, grocery store, dolphins, marina and of course the ocean c/w decent snorkeling all along the bay. We spent some days in Puerto Aventuras and also did some local sightseeing. It was easy to catch a taxi or rent a car, just a short walk away. I loved walking the beach and listening to the waves.

We had a great time! Thanks so much for the rental. The kids loved the pool and we spent lots of time at the beach near the Omni. We enjoyed the community of Puerto Aventuras and we felt really safe there. The restaurants were great and the kids liked to watch the boats and the dolphins. A lot of the neighbours were really friendly and easy to talk with. Overall, our trip was a lot of fun and your condo was perfect for us.

Excellent location and nice new condo. The condo unit is on the ground floor making it a great choice for those wanting direct pool and beach access. The unit accomodates two couples nicely. The kitchen is a bit small but not a big deal to us as we prefer not to do a lot of cooking while on vacation. Washer and dryer, tv in master bedroom, bottled water provided upon arrival and manager on site. This condo is a short walk south of the Omnni which makes its location ideal if staying in Puerto Aventuras. Easy to walk to the marina either via the beach or paved roadway. Owners were easy to deal with and communicated via phone and email. Go, have fun and ejoy some of that Mexican sun!
