Our apartment was vastly larger and far more comfortable than a room in a decent hotel. Everything we required was there, including a well-stocked fridge. While we wanted to see all the sights of SF, we spent a lot of time just relaxing on the balcony with the great view and great food from the nearby Ferry Building and their farmers' market.

This is a beautifu condo, the views are exquisite. It has everything needed and more for a comfortable stay. The owners and their caretaker go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

I endorse all the glowing comments of other reviewers, and will add a few of my own. The apartment is perfect -- the location is wonderful, the apartment is decorated superbly, everything is extremely comfortable. Indeed, it was hard to leave! Even in December, the fantastic balcony off the living room receives the afternoon sun, so was a delightful place to take the newspaper and read, and watch the people traversing the Embarcadero and the ships on the Bay. And with the holiday lights all lit at night, the evening view was particularly charming. Truly, I could have spent the week on the balcony and at the living room window, and felt I had a perfect San Francisco experience! Bryan and Tim are most gracious and attentive hosts, ensuring a successful visit. Thanks for hosting such a wonderful week, and we look forward to finding an opportunity to return.

This spot can not be beat! It is everything and more than the photos provide. Perfect location with stunning views. Grocery right around the corner and fridge already stocked with the basics. You feel so welcome upon arrival. They have our same bose surround sound which was awesome :)
The parrots and hummingbirds will greet you every morning and afternoon which is just lovely. Be sure to walk to the other end of the hall as you get totally different views of coit tower and the transamerica pyramid.

We will definitely stay here again. The location was perfect for a conference I attended in the Financial District. We enjoyed the proximity to the Ferry Building and North Beach. The apartment is beautifully decorated, organized and spotless with so many thoughtful touches for the traveler. The view from the balcony is amazing and made it very difficult to leave for meetings. The bed and linens were super comfortable and the kitchen perfectly stocked. I cannot say enough about how professional and well organized the rental process and arrangements on arrival were executed. Thank you for a delightful stay and we look forward to returning in the spring.

We really enjoyed our stay at the unit. If you are going to SF and want a place in the midst of it all with parking and all the comforts of home, this is the place. The owner and property manager were fantastic. The views are terrific. Shower is great, bed is comfortable. Great entertainment system and wifi. I have nothing but good things to say about this place - you won't regret a decision to book this unit.

When we first arrived, we met CD and he went over the entire condo with us and answered any questions that we had. A great service that you don’t usually receive through VRBO listings.

The condo was exactly as the pictures are shown on the website plus more. The view of the bay bridge area was unbelievable! The furnishings of the condo felt like I was living in my own home. Anything you could want, it has already. The owners thought of everything! The location was perfect for us. We liked that it was in a flat area of the city for all the walking that I love to do, but very accessible to the trolley, muni and bart for all the public transportation that my husband prefers to take. If you usually take a cab they have a phone at the front desk in the lobby that rings straight to a cab service. In the evening we loved watching the ships in the bay, drinking a glass of wine on the balcony, and listening to the parrots that are in the park right below the balcony. It was a perfect way to end a fun filled day. I cannot say enough good things about the condo and the customer service that the owner provides. Will definitely be back!
