Great house to spend time with family or friends. The house has eveyrthing you need, is spacious and very well decorated. The cond is very well located, close to Disney, Universal and local shopping. I was there with family and friends and everyone - no exception- just loved the house. For sure when we come back this is the place to stay!

I would like to say thank you on behalf of the families from the Springfield College Softball Team. We had a wonderful time at your home in Kissimmee, FL and are hoping to book it again next year! It was the perfect location for the parent's to stay, close to the girls, and close to the fields (Osceola County Softball Complex).

We had a fantastic time with my 2 daughters and my parents. The house is beautiful and had all the amenities possible. We really appreciated and used the cribs and the excellent large high chair...was perfect. The pool area had plenty of sun or shade depending on what you wanted whenever you wanted it...excellent. We also enjoyed being next door to the clubhouse as they played music all day with a great tiki bar happy hour...so close to enjoy yet we didn't have to be part of the buzz if we didn't want to...excellent.

Superb! We had 10 people in our party which included toddler and kids, college kids, and senior citizens. All were very pleased with stay. The amenities were very abundant. When we got there that night I noticed the propane tank was low, so I called the manager as instructed and they immediately responded and brought a new tank out early in the morning. Would recommend to everybody. There was only one minor issue. The upstairs bedrooms were not as cool(temp wise) as downstairs. The second night we opened the bedroom doors while we slept, it made a difference. It wasn't as stuffy and hot when the door was closed.

We absolutely loved our stay at Dory's Lakeside Reef! Before deciding on this
home, we researched online for months for a vacation home in Kissimmee. We
are very happy we decided on this home because of the location to the
clubhouse, restaurants, Disney World, and golf courses. The house was
convenient to everything. There was a nearby Wal-Mart, Target and plenty of
restaurants. The home was beautiful, clean, everything you would ever need,
and the furnishings and facilities were second to none. The home was large
and roomy and the kitchen island was great for the family to have their
morning coffee together. The King beds were extremely comfortable which we
loved after hours at Disney. We had the hospitality of a resort, with the
comforts of home. We cant stop talking about the great home we rented in
Florida. My family and I would not hesitate to stay here again; in fact we are
starting to plan our next trip already.

Spectacular!

5 STARS. The 1st thing we loved about the home was it's location, right next to the club house. We could walk for 30 seconds and be at the club pool/spa, beach volleyball, basketball or the poolside tiki bar. The 2nd thing we loved was the home itself, with 4 KING MASTER BEDROOMS all with bathrooms. And the mattresses were very comfortable too. The 3rd thing we loved was the amount of space in the house. With 8 adults we were never bumping into each other. We had plenty of space to enjoy ourselves without invading any ones privacy. The 4th thing we loved was the HUGE kitchen. There was so much room to cook & eat at the kitchen island, we didn't even use the dinning room (plus everyone can see the TV or listen to the radio/cd player from the kitchen. The 5th thing we loved was the view from the screened in pool/spa. All I can say is WOW!!! We will definitely book this house again!
