Trastevere area Studio Rental Photos and Description
Studio, Studio + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 3)

This lovely studio apartment, right in the heart of Trastevere, located on the top floor of a lovely period building in Vicolo del Bologna, is situated among the picturesque alleys and the old little characteristic squares of this charming roman borough. It is a perfect place for a holiday: the neighbourhood Trastevere has often been compared to New York's Greenwich Village and Paris' Montmartre.

The apartment has recently been refurbished and benefits from a stupendous view. It is in fact, a comfortable studio, which includes a living room with a small dining table and a modern open-plan kitchenette; a large closet separates this area from the bedroom space, which includes a comfortable convertible sofa and a single convertible couch. The studio also still boasts typical wooden-beamed ceilings. A well-equipped bathroom with shower and a little corridor in the entrance complete the ensemble.

The large terrace looks upon a beautiful view of Rome and from the living room, one can see San Pietro in Montorio.

The apartment is ideal fro 2 people but can accommodate up to 3 or 4.

Air conditioning, TV and all other modern comforts are of course present.

My husband and I spent 10 wonderful days in this flat. The views from the terrace were spectacular. It's a small place, but close to everything. The stairs will give you a work out. The neighborhood is wonderful. It's perfect for a couple. You can take the bus to all the sights and there are many things to do right in Trastevere. Museums, palazzos to visit, churches and many wonderful restaurants. Our favorite restaurant was Romolo by the old city wall. And don't miss the convent next to St. Cecelia's where they have the most amazing frescos. ATM's are not plentiful in the area so you'll need to plan ahead. Can't wait to return!
