Spacious ocean side rental home in desirable LEHYC area of Beach Haven. Offers 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathes, outdoor shower, dining room, living room, eat in kitchen and game room. The game room includes, color TV w/ video games, ping pong, foosball, and pool table. Our large backyard offers a regulation size basketball hoop and has ample room for game play. Relax, grab a drink and head out to one of three private decks, which provide space for sunning, barbecuing, or just cuddling up with a good book and some fresh beach air. We're just a short walk (10th house) to the beach, the bay, Fantasy Island, mini golf, arcades, restaurants, and many other fantastic LBI attractions. Our house is well-maintained, with freshly painted rooms, hardwood floors, central air, and many other amenities. As a family that has vacationed in LBI for many years, we’re sure that you will enjoy all of the ‘extras’ we’ve included in the hopes of making your stay at Dreamchasers a vacation to remember!

AWESOME experience

The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was great. Close to everything in Beach Haven. The beaches are beautiful and very close. It rained a couple while we were there, so it is a good thing this house had so much to do - from video games, to pool, to ping pong, to games, to very nice TVs in every room. The roof top deck is great. The owner was accommodating and easy to contact when we needed to. I HIGHLY recommend this house. We have rented houses before and they are often nowhere near as nice as the picture - this one is better.

Perfect rental property

My friends and I plan a girl's weekend every summer at the jersey shore. Normally we rent hotels rooms but this year we were fortunate enough to find this house. It was perfect. It comfortably slept all 15 of us and although there are only 2 bathrooms, the outside shower helped with everyone getting ready at once. There is plenty of room inside and outside of the house to accomodate 15 people eating, drinking, playing games...etc The 3 decks were a great place to view the ocean/bay, read, have some drinks and of course BBQ. In addition, the house was well-maintained and very clean. The house is less than a mile away from great restaurants, bars, shops, Fantasy Island, mini-golf...etc I highly recommend this house. It was a pleasure working with the owner Joanne. We hope to be back next year!!!

House was perfect for my family and friends, so much room, kids loved it! Walking distance from town and walking distance from the beach. We enjoyed our week, and made some great memories.

Girls Weekend!

We are veteran renters of this house, this will be our 9th year! This house could not be more perfect for the needs of our group (we spend 1 weekend in October each year for "girls weekend")! The common area allows for everyone to fit together around the table for conversation, however, with the openess to the living room you can still be part of the conversation while lying on the couch!! Sleeping 14 has never been a problem and there is always enough room for our "stuff" as well!! The convenience to the "Beach Haven" shopping and action is great, but far enough away that we dont hear or see all the hoopla! The house has all amenities we could ask for and the owners are always more than accomodating to assist with any problems that could arise.

We were a small group of seven persons including infant for one week in May in this great house. Even the pre-contact was very pleasant. All our questions were answered quickly.
A big thanks to Joanne, to order a Towel & Linen Service for us.
The house is ideal for many people, clean, and very nice. The house has several terraces and you can see from above, even the sea.
The house feels like home to them. It is cozy, filled with a maritime theme, and the fireplace in the middle just great!
Not to mention the pool table and other sports equipment in the basement - the evenings were never dull.
The owners are very nice, helpful, and always achieve everything went smoothly and easily.
We will give full stars and say thank you to Joanne!
Das Haus ist toll für viele Personen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr nahe am Strand, Minigolf und Diners um die Ecke. Ein Auto braucht man aber, da der Ort sehr lang ist.
Man kann einen Abstecher zum Big Apple machen, aber auch nach Atlantic City fahren. Oder einfach den Ozean genießen.
Joanne ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer zu erreichen.
Wir können das Haus ohne Zögern weiterempfehlen.
