This place is amazing! We had a short stay on our way to San Francisco, but it exceeded our expectations. Patti provided all the information we needed and everything went smoothly. We will definitely keep this house in mind when we return to Tahoe. We loved it!

Had a great family vacation. Very nice house, quiet location, enjoyed the deck. Was just perfect for us, definitely planning to come back.

We had a great experiece at this house. Very nicely furnished, great big kitchen. It felt very homey and comfortable. The house would be great for a family, although we stayed there with 3 couples and it was also perfect. It is so nice having a deck in the front and the back, so you can always make sure to get some sun or shade, whichever you prefer. The back deck is great for BBQs and dinners outside. The location is perfect, close to the lake, but far enough away that you feel nice and peaceful. And there are some views of the lake from the front deck. Also very close to hiking trails ... some trailheads in the neighborhood, and Mt. Rose Summit trailhead right up the road .... a MUST for hiking enthusiasts looking for a gorgeous view! Overall, a WONDERFUL experience. I will be referring friends and returning myself very soon! Thank you!!!

Went with few friends to spend a quiet weekend and biking around the Lake. The location was great, and it was lovely and very pleasant. The house is like new with great out door and everything we needed. We enjoyed both terraces and we had a great time barbecuing and hanging out side. I will definitively go back and refer any friends.

This was our family 2nd stay although it's very comfortable, clean and well appointed there are a couple of downsides to the property. First there is no WiFi. I get it, you are in the country and should enjoy the down time but after a day of skiing the kids would have enjoyed relaxing on the couch playing their Itouches (Words with Friends, Hanging with Friends, etc.). Going on your lap top to check email or emailing photos of our great day on the slopes. No WiFi, not happening. I have used VRBO to stay many places in the world and even the places in Mexico have WiFi. Another downside was having to provide (replace) the toilet paper. I'll just leave it at that. Not sure if we will stay there again. With so many places to choose from I would really have to consider what amenities I deem as important during my stay to make my vacation more enjoyable.

All of my family members are satisfied with this cozy house. Especially my kids were happy with a lot of toys and games. It was very calm and nice place for 5-7 family members.

We rented this Tahoe home for our summer vacation and loved everything about it. The location is great, the house is very cozy, yet spacious and clean. They stock the house with lots of conveniences like toys, beach stuff, and cooking essentials. The beds are very comfortable, the entertainment, ie., tv and dvds are great. Overall great place to stay and the owners were very pleasant to work with. Many thanks and will rent again in the future.

Our family of four had a fantastic stay at this property. The location was ideal in terms of access from the Reno airport (about 25 - 30 min. drive) and then getting around the lake with ease. The home itself is decorated beautifully. There's also a good DVD selection and some puzzles/games for the kids upstairs. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking tools/dishes and basic food items. The Raleys grocery store is just a few miles down the hill in Incline Village. We cooked on the grill most evenings as we were usually too tired from the day to go out to dinner. The town of incline village has a great running/walking/biking path. We did not use the Incline Village beaches although they looked great. We visited Sand Harbor Beach which is only about 5 miles from the house. This is a great beach with a restaurant/restrooms onsite as well as kayak rentals. The boys had a blast climbing and jumping off of the rocks into the lake!
