We stayed at the property for a week in July. We needed a week of relaxation and a place to recharge ourselves. Upon entering the parking garage, we knew that it was everything that the description said it was going to be. When we entered the unit, it was totally dark due to the weather shutters; but once we located the switch to open them; the room filled with light and the beautiful view of the gulf!! What an amazing view!!!! The interior was exactly what the description said it would be. The pictures do not do it justice! The place was HUGH! Everything was in working order and the kitchen DID have everything you would need to cook if you wanted to. There were views from every room. The gulf from the rear and the bay from the front. The balcony was incredible!!!! It seemed to go on forever with not only a table and chairs, but 2 lounge chairs for relaxing and reading. A closet at the end of the balcony had beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella, and buckets, shovels, and toys for little ones. There were restaurants within walking distance as well as many within a short drive of the unit. 5 minutes from the unit was a Publix. What a perk! The owner was just a phone call away if needed. Could not figure out the WIFI and needed to call. She was there to help this techno challenged renter. The unit is everything that it says it is and more!!!. I would recommend it and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you Laura for a wonderful week in your unit. It had everything we needed in it, just like being at home.

We had lots of fun at Ocean Sands. They had many extras (movies, books games, beach toys, cds) that we felt like we were a guest in their home. The view was wonderful, we loved to watch the sunsets from our balcony. We watched dolphins from the balcony everyday. Winn Dixie was across the street, and John's Pass was down the road ( we decided it was too far to walk, especially with our 4 year old). The place was very clean, and they were aware of the minor repairs needed and were already taking care of them. Very safe and secure because a key or a code is needed to get anywhere on the property. Our favorite place to eat was in St. Pete's called Snappers Seafood Grille (beware-refills on iced tea only). Laura was wonderful to work with. She was able to accomidate our special requests reguarding departure time. I would caution those with small children that there are shells displayed everywhere, and both the dinning table and coffee table are glass. We would recommend staying here and would stay again ourselves.

I must say, the title to your condo says it all, "Home Away From Home". My family and I truly felt like we were home in your beautifully, well-maintained condo. The little "extras" made it so special - sand toys and boogie boards for the kids plus puzzles, games and movies for rainy days. The location, too, is ideal. We loved shopping in John's Pass Village and dining at the two local restaurants right across the street! We would recommend your condo to all our friends and family that are interested in renting in this area. Thank you so much.

Beautiful condo with all the amenities and more you could need for a stay at the beach. This condo had closets full of games, beach toys etc... Great security at condos too. Laura was very helpful and you can get ahold of her at anytime. Plus there are several restaurants right across the street including the Daiquiri Deck and a Cigar Bar which made it great not having to drive. Just stumble back to the condo and hopefully get the right floor the first time.

Your condo was more than we hoped for. Much nicer than it appears in your photos. Great location and we will certainly stay there again if available. Laura, you were great to deal with.
