We had a great stay over Christmas at this condo on the river! It was so much fun and furnished so lovely. Really comfortable and just loved the small propane fireplace to keep us toasty inside while watching snow fall outside. Kitchen had everything for all our cooking needs. Would recommend it highly!

My family loved staying in the Bellerive Condos. This was an immaculate, beautifully decorated, large condo. My favorite part was the quietness of it on the 4th of July! We saw the fireworks on the lake and came home and could actually sleep in comfy quiet. We had a barbecue on the deck while we were entertained by the boats on the river. Everything we needed for cooking was there, plenty of room for two 20 something girls and their parents Thanks Bill for sharing this with us, I hope we can come again.

Beautiful property and very nicely outfitted. The building is well maintained and we never heard our neighbors. We loved the view and ate many of our meals out on the deck. Perfect location. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation.

Arrived at the condo and was surprised on how nice the condo is. Very spacious with all the comforts of home. It has everything you need in the kitchen to make meals. Spent lots of time on the balcony enjoying the views. You are within walking distance to restaurants, movie theater and shops. You are 10 minutes to downtown for additional shopping and restaurants. I would stay there again.

We were taken aback by this beautiful, modern, spotless condo right on the river -- we had a feeling it would be wonderful but it completely went beyond our expectations!!! A truly amazing gem!!!

My wife and I spent a three day weekend at this condo during the third week of October. Another couple joined us, and the condo was perfect. The unit is very modern with great fixtures and appliances. It has a nice deck overlooking the river. At that time of the year, there were few boats but many squadrons of geese cruising up and down the river serenading us from dawn to dusk. The condo is located at the junction of two bike trails, one heading east along Lake Coeur D'Alene and the other heading west along the river all the way to Spokane. If that isn't enough, one could drive to the other side of the lake and ride the Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes, which travels up the Silver Valley for 70-some miles. There is great dining and shopping in Coeur d'Alene and Spokane. Bottom line, it's a
great place to spend a vacation.

Beautiful condo, and setting on the river!!! The condo is very well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up to feel just like "home." Great location for a vacation. I would recommend this property to anyone. We had a wonderful stay in Coeur d Alene!

We had a wonderful week while staying at this beautiful condominium. The deck overlooks the Spokane River. It is located on the Centennial Trail for running and biking to the city park or beyond to the eastern shores of the lake. Many restaurants are within walking distance and the city center is close by. The Coeur d' Alene Golf Club is a 5 minute drive away also. The owner had a representative meet us on arrival to aquaint us with the security features,garage, storage cage and boat/jet ski dock and left us contact information if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here in the future as this unit is far nicer and more private than any hotel.

This was our first time visiting CDA and staying at this property made it very enjoyable. Everything in the condo is new, modern and clean. The view is incredible. The location is ideal, as it is within walking distance of shopping and dining. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for luxury at an affordable price and convenience to all CDA has to offer. The Centennial Trail is about 75 yards from the front door, amazing. There are slips to tie up and load a boat. There are information pamphlets in the condo that show all the dining and activities in CDA and nearby Spokane.
