The three of us stayed at Annie's house for a week. The weather was perfect and the house great.

The location is ideal. None of our group plays golf, but it must be heaven for a golfer with four courses on site. We enjoyed the private beach pretty much all by ourselves. I think I saw four other people one day. Sometimes we had lunch at one of the beach club facilities which was very convenient. The views are breathtaking.

It's easy to get around Dorado, and we enjoyed the many fine restaurants in the area. Two mornings we drove to Los Congrejos Yacht Club to meet our captain for tarpon fishing. We also drove to Old San Juan and our favorite place for shopping, Condado. Driving around the San Juan area is very easy.

The house itself is extremely spacious and comfortable, Annie having provided for every conceivable need. We opened the windows and enjoyed the fresh air. We almost never used the A/C. Security is airtight.

Annie was a great hostess and we now consider her a friend.

My family and I had the pleasure of renting this home for two weeks. The experience was great and an unforgettable one.

Upon our arrival, the first thing my family said "nice". The home was clean and organized. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. Everyone reported that the beds were very comfortable. It had three bathrooms, which was perfect when you have six people in a home. The master bedroom was awesome. I loved it because of how spacious the room, bathroom and walk-in-closet were. The whole house from the kitchen to the bedrooms was spacious, comfortable and beautifully designed. The AC's in every room worked perfectly. The yard was a nice place to relax, read a book, drink your coffee, etc..

The area has a lot to offer from restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies (CVS & Walgreens). San Juan is a short distance away.

Inside the Dorado Beach East we were able to enjoy several pools, the beach, trails and even played some golf. We were able to go to these places in a golf cart that was provided. Inside the resort is very private and peaceful. When I say peaceful, I mean peaceful. At night you hear the coqui, which was cool. People were very friendly and security was around 24/7. My family and I felt very secured. Especially when running early in the morning or in the evening.

The owner, Annie, whom we met, worked with us very well. She presented as a trustworthy and sincere person. She was always available if she needed to be contacted.

Overall, this is a nice home and area for anyone that wants to relax and enjoy a peaceful and safe vacation. If I return back to the island, I would not hesitate to stay in this home again. My older kids said, "Dad, this home tops the five star hotel we stayed in when we went to Florida".

We highly recommend this home and the home offers everything that is mentioned on the website.

Our first family reunion in PR was terrific. The house is lovely and spacious. The house is fully equipped, we only needed to purchase food. The resort is beautiful and how wonderful to have the pools, tennis courts and beach available at such a short distance. Centrally located the house is easy to access many different cities for site seeing and local restaurants are many. Annie was there to greet us late in the evening with a big warm smile and was very gracious throughout our stay.

Our family rented this house for the entire Christmas/New Year’s holiday. Annie, the owner, waited for us and greeted us upon arrival. She had decorated the house for the holidays, and stocked the cabinets and refrigerator with all the essentials. We found the house in perfect condition – clean, beautiful and spacious. The accommodations were perfect and welcoming. The backyard was a great place to relax in the morning drinking your coffee while the dogs played in the terrace and the backyard.

The Dorado Beach Resort is very secured. We felt safe riding the golf car or walking around the facilities at any time. Security was very welcoming and always ready to assist in any way. We were able to enjoy the facilities at the Dorado East at no cost; which included a gym and two pool areas. From the Dorado East, we were able to enjoy the beach at the Dorado West side after a short ride on the golf car provided by the house. While some parts of the Dorado East are still under construction, the future plans are promising.

The Dorado area is also very nice. We enjoyed our daily breakfast at the nearby Sweet Anne Cakes bakery (so good no matter what time of day), occasional dinner at Ladrillo and Grappa restaurants, which are located in the downtown area. There are also pharmacies, supermarkets, Applebee’s, other fast food places and close shopping. Not too far along is also a drive thru Crispy Kreme! Close by you can also find kiosks by the beach selling typical Puerto Rican food.

San Juan and other tourist attractions are a fairly short distance away but you do need a car for touring/sightseeing.

Annie was great from the start. She was there to ensure we had everything we needed upon arrival, answered any questions we had in a timely manner and kept in touch with us during our stay to ensure we were comfortable. Great customer service!
