Beautiful house, wish we could've stayed longer. Easy access to all necessary amenities and great freeway access. We've stayed at three other homes thru Home Away and VRBO and it' s the first time my husband said "I would like to stay here again" he never says anything and is just ready to get going. Pam , Rick and Cody Ruggles. P.S. nice secure yard for our two doxies.

This was our first time renting a home from HomeAway.com, and it went very well. The owner's were great to work with, and were prompt and courteous in our email correspondence leading up to us booking the home.
The owner's also had great informational pdf files for us, that helped with the stay.
The home had plenty of room for our family (6 total), and was very clean, and had all the basic amenities we needed. The home is also close to Interstate 15, so it only took 10 to 15 minutes to get to the strip, or downtown Las Vegas. We would highly recommend this home.

perfect place for our family

In town to visit family and attend a wedding, this ended up a perfect base of operations for us and a nice place for our family to gather all in one spot.
Very inexpensive considering we would have had to rent 3 or 4 hotel rooms, be spread all over and had no place to visit with other family members from in and out of town.
Was as described , very clean, quiet and well stocked with household items we needed to prepare meals and get ready for everything we did while in town it was like bringing our home with us. About 15 min. drive to the strip, 20 min. to airport.
Wouldnt hesitate to rent again and hopefully it will be available for the next time we need to come to town.

Karin and Rick's home was our home away from home for four nights. This beautiful home is large enough for alone time, and plenty of room to seat all for family time. Location was fantastic! Just jump on the freeway and you are on the strip. Too many stores and eating establishments to name. Very close to the racetrack...our commute was hardly anything! The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you would need. We would recommend to friends and family. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Karin and Rick!!

We were in town to see family over a long weekend. We were thrilled to find a home so affordable with ample space for our one-year-old and two-year-old to run around. They each had their own bedroom which made for a peaceful night's sleep and I particularly enjoyed the large master bedroom and tub. The Strip, outlet mall and tourist attractions are a short drive away.
Unfortunately our daughter came down with norovirus the night before we left, so we had to hightail it out of there the next morning and were unable to leave the house in the condition we would have liked.

Beautiful house and convenient location

We stayed in Karin and Ricks house over New Years Eve. The house itself is absolutely beautiful and very big!!! Each of our teenagers had their own room which they loved and we had the massive bedroom with ensuite. The downstairs area was very comfortable and made for a very relaxing stay whilst at home. The location is very convenient to the main area of The Strip and Downtown Vegas. We had hired a car and so it was only about a 15 min drive into the main areas. We found plenty of parking in the main areas at a cheap cost. Closer to the house, there is a small shopping strip where we found restaurants and a supermarket within a 10 min drive.
Karin and Rick provided plenty of information before our trip and then assisted us with local knowledge whilst we were there, via email. We would definitely recommend this house to others holidaying in Vegas, wanting very affordable accommodation in a great location.

We needed a team of engineers onsite for a few weeks to complete our new facility. Your home was not only a great place to stay, but became the de-facto satellite office during construction. It was fantastic!! Thank you!!!

We enjoyed our stay in your home. The house is very conveniently located, quick commute to anywhere we were headed, but yet a pretty quiet community right around the house. We loved being able to bring our dog along on vacation with us. It was nice meeting you too. Thanks! There is a good chance we will return again.

Fantastic Home

We had a fantastic time while staying at Rick & Karin's home. I have never stayed at any place where the check in & check out was so easy. The keyless entry system worked smoothly every time. The home was very clean & we felt like we were in our own 2nd home. Our doggies enjoyed their stay too ! They had a spacious backyard and we took them to Tam park everyday ( which is right in the neighborhood ). This house is SO close to many stores and services. A traffic light makes it a breeze to leave the neighborhood and turn onto Craig Rd.
The Cannery is right there in walking distance to the home !
Our week flew by, as great vacations often do...... I would recommend to anyone.
