This is a charming, friendly and comfortable 1 Bedroom condo right in the heart of Olde Naples. Our large pool area has a beautiful heated swimming pool and a hot tub. Poolside tables are available for enjoying the sun or you can grab a book to read in our quiet, secluded courtyard. Our coconut palms and mature tropical foliage throughout the grounds can make you feel like you are in the middle of a real tropical paradise.

It’s just a short walk from our place (through a lovely tree-lined neighborhood) to one of the most attractive beaches in Southwest Florida. Also, it’s just a 1 block walk to Naples’ famous Fifth Ave. Also, we’re just a 2 minute walk to Cambier Park (12 lighted tennis courts), voted #1 tennis park in the USA.

Many visitors return to our small complex (22 units) year after year, as they have made friends here and they love the on-site manager who is available all day long Monday through Saturday to help with questions or problems.

While staying with us you will be welcome to enjoy free Broadband Wireless Internet, free laundry facilities and free telephone. You may decide to cook your favorite meals on one of our outdoor barbecue grills or you may want to grill fresh seafood that you picked up from a close-by fish market (1 block away).

(We also have a few 2 Bedroom weeks available at a higher rental rate.)

I purchased this condo as in my opinion it was in the best location in Naples and it was a super comfortable place to stay. I rented several years in this complex before actually buying.

A great place to stay

We stayed in a one bedroom appartment for 4 weeks mid dec 12 to mid jan 13. We enjoyed it very much, because: the service was excellent, the whole property is very well maintained and clean, the pool size and temperature are very good to swim, the area around is inviting to rest. We felt safe and received services that we did not expect: cleaning of the appartment once a week including change of linen and towels. The washer and dryer were working properly and so did the bbq grills. Walking distance to the beach (we still dream of the 28 sundowns we saw), 5th Avenue, 3rd St. South and Tin City was an absolute plus for the location, which is very quiet.
When ever we will be heading to Naples, this will be our first choice.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing
Owner's Response: We are fortunate to receive guests from all over America and Europe who appreciate our quiet, friendly complex. AW was from Germany. If you want to stay in the heart of Naples, close to practically everything, and would appreciate our pleasant setting in a residential neighborhood, stay with us. There is someone from management at our complex every day of the week (except Sunday) to answer questions and generally help out our guests.
