Immaculate cape with recently renovated kitchen and marble bath, nicely appointed. Sleep tight and wake up refreshed with the sound of waves crashing on the shore in one of three bedrooms. Relax on the porches and enjoy the cool salt air (Matunuck is typically 15-20 degrees cooler than the city!). Beautiful backyard perfect for cookouts and dining. This house is located on a quite street in the heart of Matunuck you can walk everywhere!
Matunuck is home to The Ocean Mist Bar and Grill rated by GQ magazine as one of the top 10 beach bars in the US!! Just a short walk away to great food, live music and breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean!

A nice home, but...
I would have rated our experience 'good', and we'd have rented again for this season -- but unfortunately this owner doesn't follow the standard practice of offering the same weeks to the previous renters before offering them to everyone else. We emailed her (in early Feb., so by no means last-minute) to inquire about returning this summer and were told that the two weeks we'd had last season had already been booked.
Very disappointing -- we're back to looking for a rental property, and this owner's lost a perennial 2-week renter.
