We just bought our 1960's beach bungalow on march 19, 2012 and have been busy creating a vacation haven you will want to return to year after year. We love Cocoa Beach and are sure you will too!

This rental property includes 'everything' you need to enjoy your vacation: one block to beach private backyard pool Central Air/Heat New comfy beds (1-King, 1-Queen, 2-Fulls) Fully furnished and equipped to cook inside or out on the gas grill. Close to Pier, Restaurants, any water sport! 45 minutes to Orlando Airport 60 minutes to Disney/Universal (why stay in crowded hot Orlando when you can be on the beach?)
Kennedy Space Center, 15 minute drive. Disney, Universal Theme Parks, Wet & Wild all approx. 1 hour drive Port Canaveral, 5 minutes = Dining, Fish Markets and Fishing Casinos depart daily. Daytona Beach & Daytona Nascar approx. 1 hour Cocoa Beach Pier a short walk or bike Great Night Life & Beach Bars! Many restaurants and bars have live entertainment. Convenient to everything you need ... Groceries, Restaurants, shopping ... all just a walk or bike ride away! Walk or drive to the famous 24 hour Ron Jon's Surf Shop!

Our Beach Vacation 2013

Our family of 7(Grandma, Grandpa, Mom, Dad, and 3 boys) really enjoyed our stay here 3/16/13 – 3/23/13. There aren’t enough good things to say about our experience here!
The beach bungalow is spacious and relaxing. The property was very clean and the decor was charming.
The location is fantastic and the neighborhood is very quiet and nicely kept. Locals are so friendly. Sue and her staff were very attentive and have provided everything you could need.
We enjoyed beach combing daily. Some area attractions I recomend are Kenedy Space Center, Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge, and of course Disney which is only about an hours drive. Merritt Island has a nice mall and theater. We also ejoyed a drive down to Melbourne to visit the very nice Brevard County Zoo! If you want to do some shopping make sure you check out Ron Jon's, the Dinosaur Store, and Everything Shells. There is plenty to do and see in and around Cocoa Beach.

In Town For A Wedding!

The bungalow was cute, bedrooms are large and everyone in our party (seven adults, two children -- snow birds from the mid-Atlantic) had a great time. The home was clean and well maintained, the pool was sparkling and the bungalow is well equipped both indoors and outside. Sue was attentive and accommodating and communication was outstanding. Property description was accurate and everything went well. We only have positive things to say! We would stay there again! Thanks!

Charming home, relaxing vacation

The house was great - extremely spacious and exceptionally well-stocked (beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, towels, etc.) We really didn't need anything - paper products, garbage bags, kitchen basics were all supplied. The pool and yard and the quick access to a beautiful beach are probably the best features . We also enjoyed riding the bikes and the close proximity of stores and restaurants. And everything is in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Sue is very responsive and ensures guests have a great time.

Retirement vacation with whole family

This was the perfect place for a total family vacation. 1 & 1/2 blocks from the greatest beach (beautiful sunrises) plus great pool. Plenty of room....3 couples and 1 child. Close to plenty of great restaurants. Great seafood at Port Canavaral. 45 minutes to Orlando Airport. 25 Minutes to Kennedy Space Center. 5 minutes to Ron Jons.Quite neighborhood. Clean and well maintained property. Best Restaurant...Simply Delicious. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to any relative or friend. Owners doing an excellent job. October 4th-11th 2012.

My party of six stayed at the home for 7 nights in September 2012 and we had absolutely no complaints! Sue was very helpful and responded to all emails very promptly. The pool was amazing and the backyard was very private. Great proximity to the beach. We all thought the photos did not do the propetry justice! I also really appreciated that we could use the secure Home Away Reservation Manager system to pay for our vacation. I highly recommend this property!

We had such a relaxing time at Sue's place. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. We had plenty of room and the beds were very comfortable. The back yard and pool were great! We will definitely stay here again...can't wait to go back!

The owner of the house is just awesome & very responsive to all my emails ! The whole house & pool are very clean. Nothing much for my 5 & 10 year old to get into ( which was nice ). You really only need to bring your bathing suit & clothes.... and you are good to go ! The beach is just right down the street. The yard is fenced in , so it's very easy to take care of your pet. There were 4 adults, 2 kids and 1 doggie and we all had a wonderful time ! Sue... We will see you next summer :)

This is such a nice place to stay. It is a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to about anywhere in Cocoa Beach. The pool is wonderful and the fenced in yard was nice for our mini schnauzer. The owners have made this rental into an enjoyable stay. Everthing you need for cooking is provided. They even had beach towels and beach gear for use. This will be our first choice when going on vacation from now on!
