Waterfront living! Enjoy the town cove and all of its sporting experiences: kayaking, sailing, boating, water skiing. Rentals are close by or bring your own. We can provide you all the details. Enjoy the cove and its fishing, clamming, and beauty. Enjoy the nearby bike trails. Walk the cove or the nearby bird and nature trails. Sit on our dock or, if you have a boat, you can dock your boat with us and go deep sea fishing or to access Coast Guard Beach for sun n' fun. Our private beach is great for small children, or head to the bay side within minutes. See the sunrise in the morning off of your patio or from your window while enjoying your coffee. See the sunset at the bay. See the amazing view of the stars and moon over the water at night. Experience it all...

Cottage Information: Our cottage is clean, quiet, quaint, comfortable, and has views of and access to the cove. The kitchen has plenty of storage, cookware, eating

utensils/plates/etc, full size stove, new refrigerator.

Grill and eat outside using our gas grill. We have multiple outside seating areas, including an outdoor dining table, picnic table and outdoor furniture seating located under our pergola.

Our yard is of a fair and functional size as well and borders the private way with landscaping. We have a very large drive way and trash pickup is weekly to bi-weekly.

We have a small beach to enjoy if you plan on staying at home for the day - great for small kids.

We have dock usage rights.

We have an extra large outside shower for you enjoyment as many find this a memorable part of their cape cod vacation.

The family room has a love seat sofa, full size sofa, 42' flat screen TV, cable, and DVD.

The porch has an inside eating area along with an L sofa.

We do not allow pets -- if you see a pet friendly rental and DO NOT have pets of your own -- I would sincerely suggest looking elsewhere.

Although we are off Rte 6, we are far off the road, lowe than Rte 6 actually, and close to the water where you hear birds or boats more than traffic (we are right across from Hopkins/bird island). Many of our renters have asked this question and everyone has been extremely pleased with how quiet it is where we are!! This has never been an issue in our 10 years.

Our beds are in very good condition - again many of our renters remark on this as well in comparison with past rental arrangements they have had.

Extremely easy access and close proximity to Stop & Shop and Orleans shopping and eating. Upon your booking we will provide you with all of the information you will most likely need but we are here to help if you have any further questions.

We will be repainting the cottage for the 2013 season.

Everything was very nice. It was a really good time staying in this house which was was clean, quired and well appointed. Sitting outside was beautiful. It was nearly not possible to hear the highway. The beaches were not far away and the host was really very friendly. Only the bathroom is not the newiest but as I said clear and absolutely sufficient. Thanks for sharing your house with us.
