Centrally located at just 1/2 mile from Marriot Casino and 1 Mile from Borinquen Airport in a non-congested area. At a walking distance is Ramey Golf Club (100 meters), Ramey Tennis Court (150 meters), and besides a running track, skateboarding facility and water park complex perfect for kids. You can even see your kids skateboarding from the apartment.

This brand new apartment has 2 rooms and 2 baths, with a Kitchen that seats 4 in the dinning and 4 at the counter. Kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, wine cellar and microwave, fire extinguisher and smoke alarm. The room has King beds with Tempur-Pedic Pillows available, iron and ironing board. The living room comes with a modern futon, that can sleep 1. The living room also comes with a computers with internet access, and all rooms comes with plasma TV with cable TV. There is one room with a Playstation console.

Available are surfboards, skateboards, bicycles, tennis rackets, handball accessories, snorkeling equipment, towels and beach coolers. For your convenience there is a GPS all ready preloaded with beaches, Thai and Italian restaurants, art gallery, horse riding places, local supermarkets, and places of interest as well as point of contact.

I actually stayed here two years ago but the calendar didn't let me go that far back. I just came across this apartment and it brought wonderful memories. This place was clean, calm and it was so close to great beaches. The owner is a gentleman and our stay was spectacular.

All I can say is great! Heriberto from the beginning of the reservation to the VERY end was Great and made everything So Easy. The Car ran perfect, the apartment was in perfect condition and in great location to the airport and 6 world class surf breaks. ( Middles, Surfers Beach, Wilderness,Jobos, and few others) all within 15mins. When I return to Puerto Rico or even talk about Puerto Rico, I will be mentioning Heriberto and his fantastic apartment!!! Cant wait for my next trip!

Comodidad exelente, perfert place for families with kids

Primeramente le queremos dar las gracias a Heriberto por su gentileza y la comodidad del apartamento, hasta tenia comodidad para mi bebe. Mi familia somos 7 personas con muchachos de edades de 20,16,12,11 y un bebe de 10 meses. Lo que mas me gusto del apartamento es que yo estaba en la cocina con mi cafe y mis hijos en sus cuartos y no los podia oir. Nos gustaba ver cuando los aviones llegaban al aereopuerto, la vecindad bien tranquila (por las tardes nos gustaba salir a caminar) y mas que todo muchas tiendas y supermercado cerca. My kids really enjoy it, and the beach was about 10 minutes away. The air conditioner was perfect in every room. The apartment has everything you need including the towels and the beds are really comfortable. Bien limpio y las decoraciones muy lindas.

Perfect for surfers

If you're a surfer looking for a close place to stay near the breaks, this is the spot. Located next to Wilderness and down the street from Surfers. Jobos and Middles are only 15 minutes away. The apartment is beautiful and has all the perks. And there is a skateboard park literally next door. We did have trouble finding the apartment when we landed, but it was 4am and we were exhausted, so make sure you get good directions before landing.

If you're looking for a place to completely veg out this is it, we stayed 4 weeks and it seems too short. This property is very well equipped and maintained, the owners gracious, accommodating and very helpful. Shopping as well as restaurants are a very short drive. The airport terminal is less than a mile away so expect some airport noise, but this is far outweighed by the arrival/departure convenience. We have already started planning a return for next year and will be staying longer.

I WENT WITH MY HUSBAND AND TWO KIDS , (FIRST TIME FOR MY CHILDREN) AND THE EXPERIENCE OF AN APARTMENT TO A HOTEL THE APARTMET WAS THE BEST CHOICE.. ALL AMENITIES YOU CAN ASK FOR, THE APARTMENT WAS CLEAN AND THE OWNER VERY ATTENTIVE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE ESPECIALLY WITH KIDS. SUPERMARKETS, PHARMACIES AND BAKERIES NEAR BY. WE LOVE IT AND WE WILL DO IT AGAIN

Great place, beautiful and Classy

I stayed here for 18 days with my family and we were very comfortable here, we had all the ammenities necessary to make our stay a good one. Heriberto offers all and more.. beach chairs, coolers, kitchen fully equipped etc... The apartment is beautiful, well kept and clean. There is easy access to beaches and parks, the sunlight in the morning shinning thru the glass windows and the sunsets in the evenings from the porch is truly priceless.. The rooms are more than spacious, the place is modern, functional, and a delight to reside in.. I will definetely return. We were very pleased. The apartment owner Heriberto was always available and friendly..
