We are right across the street from a large North Myrtle beach concrete beach access, so you are closer to the beach than a large hi-rise. Beautiful views of the beach, ocean and Cherry Grove channel. Newly renovated pool and building. Check us out, you won't be disappointed.
Newly renovated one bedroom, one bath, departure cleaning, hi-speed wireless Internet, 2 TVs, cable, DVD player, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, grill/picnic area, plenty of parking.

Awesome Stay

My stay at this condo was excellent! I was on vacation during the 4th of July week and watched the fireworks from the balcony. The other vacationers and the all year round tenants were so friendly.
Everything was so close, we walked to the pier and had lunch and drinks, and we found a local bar that had music almost daily and the people were great! Lots to do in the area, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach and so much more!
Thank you for making my vacation so memorable!

We stayed at Loon-a-Seay a few weeks ago and thoroughly enjoyed it. Loved the ocean view. The furniture is new and the condo is bright and decorated nicer than units we have stayed in before. We love the Cherry Grove area and have already booked our stay in this unit for next year. A pleasant surprise to walk into such a nice unit.

I can't believe how great this place is and you get views of the ocean and the sound! The condo can't be improved from the furniture to the decor it says BEACH!!!! We enjoyed the beautiful pool when we got tired of the beach which is steps away from the condo. Loved it - we will be back. Thanks for sharing your lovely place. Pat from DC

My family spent a week last year in this condo. We are so excited about returning this year. Staying here is like you have really "your own" place at the beach... very cozy and comfortable.. great neighbors.. not crowded at all... Can't wait to lay by the pool.. or stroll on over to the beach... Like I had said.. We can't wait to go back... be there in a few weeks :)

"We stayed at Loon-a-seay. We would like to say again Loon-a-seay was the best place we have ever stayed and we plan on staying there next year. The condo's view is breath taking. "What a grand time we had. This place was clean and the views were awesome. They say it is second row but we felt as if we were oceanfront. This was our first stay at Cherry Grove and I will sasy that it will not be our last. Loon-a-seay was perhaps the cleanest condo we have stayed at in a long time."
