Extraordinary ocean view condo directly on the 9th hole of the Kona Country Club Ocean Course, in the Keauhou resort area.

Watch the sunset while barbequing on the private lanai. Visit local sites such as Keauhou Bay, Sheraton Resort, the Kona coffee district, the Keauhou Shopping Centre (walking distance) and enjoy the amazing snorkeling at nearby Kahalu'u beach.

Drive a bit further afield and visit Volcano National Park, Kealakekua Bay / Captain Cook Monument and some of most beautiful white sand or black sand beaches anywhere.

Our condo is in a quiet, very well maintained 48 unit complex, suitable for adults and families. The gardens are always beautifully manicured and the pool area is exceptional. It is a very special vacation place for our family and we would welcome the chance to share it with you!

Why The Owner chose Keauhou

We took regular family vacations to Maui and loved it. Then we visited Kona once and fell in love with it even more. We spent a month renting a unit in this very complex and bought this place several months later when the unit became available.

What makes this condo unique

Extraordinary views from the condo and lanai, peaceful, quiet and safe location in an upper scale neighborhood. Fantastic base from which to explore the Big Island - or just hang out and relax.

Amazing sunsets!!!

We had the luxury of enjoying this condo and the Island for 2 months. The condo, while it does not have an Island flair, became our "home" very quickly. We settled in and felt very comfortable with the amenities it provides. The property owners are all very friendly, it was nice to be invited to their "hula" lessons poolside, barbeques, etc. The location is absolutely perfect! What a better way to start the day with a cup of coffee on the lanai watching the golfers, and ocean in the background. We were close to a number of golf courses, and of course the snorkel beach, and downtown markets were within a few minutes drive. It is an easy walk to the Sheraton Market, which happens every Wednesday, and a nice stroll in the evening to go back to the Sheraton to watch the mantra rays and enjoy some wonderful music. This unit is perfect for laying back, enjoying the quiet life! We're anxious to return.

We love this place. We stayed last at this unit in January 2010. We stayed there in the Fall of 2008 and in the early summer of 2009. This unit is very comfortable, clean and well maintained. The furniture - both in and out, very comfortable. You can get WIFI from the patio. The unit is well stocked with necessary boogie boards, snorkle gear and coolers. Portable and ceiling fans keep you cool at night.

Execllent views. Very quiet. Will sleep four comfortably - unlike another unit we have stayed in (when we could not get this one!!). The listing description and photos you see on the site are quite representative.

Keauhou Bay is very close as is Snorkle Beach. A shopping centre is nearby for all your necessities. Try Drysdales ribs!

Always a wonderful and predicatable Big Island vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable, clean condo on a gorgeous golf course. The owners were great and everyone in the small complex were very friendly.
