551 Estero Blvd. Fort Myers Beach, Florida 33931 is a fabulously decorated totally renovated two bedroom/two bath home which incorporates two very large outdoor balconies, one covered outside of the main living area and uncovered next to it and an upper sun tanning/viewing deck all with tables and chairs for eating. Gulf of Mexico views. Easement to the Gulf of Mexico is across the street and the beach is less than 100 yards away. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants in Times Square.
Renters will be screened cautiously since this meticulously kept and perfectly maintained home (see photos) is managed by the owner. No more than 4 persons will be allowed to occupy unless permission is granted in writing. No spring breakers and no one under 30 will be allowed to rent.
Located on the North end of Fort Myers Beach (right over the San Carlos Blvd bridge) between the Times Square shopping district and Bowditch Park.

In my opinion, Fort Myers Beach is second to none. After much serching I realized that Fort Myers Beach has it all. 'Location, Location, Location!'
The north end of the island is quiet and offers easy access to the mainland and Fort Myers by car. It is a two minute walk to the beach and a ten minute walk to Times Square and many fine and fun restaurants. It is also close to the fishing pier. The decks offer a beautiful view of the Gulf and the new Estero Blvd. provides for a beautiful bike ride or casual stroll. You definitely feel like 'FLORIDA.'

Magnificent!

This was our first time to Ft Myers Beach and was a great experience. We traveled with 8 other families who all rented different condos/homes in the area. This home is by far the best place out of all of them. Wonderful location, close to Times Square and restaurants. This home has all the amenities and is beautifully decorated. We had the pleasure to meet Randy, the owner. He made sure that everything was tip top and enjoyable for us. The home is GORGEOUS and there is a lot of space. We will defiantly return. Wish we could of stayed longer.

My husband and I just returned from one of our best and most relaxing vacations ever! As you can see from the pictures (and reading the reviews), this home is outstanding. But it's even BETTER than you could ever dream!! It's immaculate, comfortable, and very well-appointed in every way. We had the pleasure of meeting Randy, the owner; and he is a friendly, gracious, and accommodating host. He made sure everything was perfect for us, and also had wonderful recommendations of places to dine and things to do. For a few weeks, we really felt like it was ours....and that was such a great feeling! I can't wait to go back!! Thank you, Randy, for sharing this piece of PARADISE with us.

first private home rental, but not our last

We decided to rent a private home for the first time and found this gem across the street from the condo we would normally rent and we are very happy we did, this place is impecably kept and has all the comforts of home. From the full kitchen with all the gagets, the extremely comfortable beds, couch and recliners, to the 2 decks to relax on, we didnt miss our home at all(except our dog). The interior decor is true Floridian(I would know as I am one) the yard is beautifully landscaped and very well kept. The walk across the street to the beach is less than 5 mins and Times Square is no more than 10. Being on the north end of the island is a big plus as traffic, noise and the general public are minimal. We highly recommend staying here. Thanks Randy!

Best House in Ft. Myers Beach

This was the second year we stay at Randy's house and we have already reserved the place for next year!! It is very clean and feels like home. We love the house and the area. It is in a quiet part of town but close enough to walk to downtown area. We cannot say enough good things about staying at this house. Thanks Randy!!

Perfection Plus!!

Having looked on-line at Randy's place on VRBO I thought that no way could the actual home look like the pictures. Well...was I ever wrong! Randy's place is as good as the pictures and then some. What you see is actually right there but what you don't see is just as impressive. Need a beach chair? He's got em. Need towels? There are many; both bath and beach. Looking for a kitchen utensil, he's got everything! This place has it all. And then there's the decks with the tables and chairs and umbrellas; the lights which sparkle at night and make it easy to spot as you come home in the evening!
The beach is a 2 minute walk across the street and it's huge. The north end of the island is the quiet end and the new sidewalks make a walk to Times Square an easy trip. Numerous restaurants are within easy walking distance but if you want quiet just return home and you've got it at Randy's home.

Perfect!!

My husband and I stayed at this property for the month of January. It is absolutely beautiful! It had anything and everything we could ever want or need to use. The home is very tastefully decorated and the beds were comfortable. We also used the decks frequently to relax or take in the sun. The location was perfect for us as we chose to walk to most the local eating establishments, bars and shops. If we needed personal items, there was a 7Eleven within a few blocks or we drove to the local Super Target that was about a 10 minute drive, depending on traffic. There is beach access just across the street. We saw many beautiful sunsets during our stay. The owner is fabulous to work with and will help you out in any way possible. I would highly recommend staying here! As a matter of fact, we are going back next year for another month!

Like Finding A Perfect Sea Shell

Some last-minute house hunting brought up Randy's place and as luck would have it, the very week we wanted was open on his calendar - like a little white oasis in a sea of red "unavailable" dates. The sunny pictures and very clean appearance sold us on this property and we booked. We have stayed at Gateway Villas across the street for years, so we knew the basic location. Upon arrival, we couldn't stop grinning - the house is immaculate, the landscaping is lush, the outdoor spaces are charming - it was a dream come true. The kitchen and bathrooms are well-stocked with everything you need - all the comforts of home. My in-laws are staying at Gateway Villas and they came over for a cook-out one night. They admired the house some much, they jokingly tried to steal it out from under us for next year. For one perfect week, we were very proud to call the place our own! Job well done, Randy!

The Best Location and the Best house at Fort Meyers Beach

We have stayed in multiple VRBO homes and we are never surprised (pictures speak a thousand words). This home however was just as beautiful as the pictures but had all the "extras" that you can't see with a picture. Randy has every thing in his home for you to use that you might forget to buy or pack. He is a very cordial host and really wants your stay in his home to be great. Walking to the beach took maybe 5 mins (right across the street) and the beach area is not crowded in this area since it is not close to the public parking. We could walk to the "downtown area" to eat and shop. This was just a great relaxing vacation. We hope to book this home again next year to feel some great sunshine in the middle of winter. Take Care Randy we really enjoyed our stay.

It does not get any better than Randy's place on Fort Myers Beach. He has the best house in the best location. Can't say enough about how beautiful and impeccably clean Randy's place is!!! It's bright and open with a deck that you have to experience!! Just Wonderful!!!!! Can't wait to go back!!!! The best part is that it is within walking distance of the main square so park your car and leave it! JUST BEAUTIFUL!!!!! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
