The house was perfect.... Everyone loved the decor and it felt very cozy and comfortable the beds were very comfy and the fact that they provided a crib,highchair,stroller was definitely a PLUS!!! - the kids loved the pool table and air hockey table!!! We didnt have a chance to use the pool due to the weather but it was nice just to look at it out the back door while having coffee in the am!!
The only thing i had trouble with was the fact that there was no gate for the stairs when u have little ones that's important AND the Washing of the towels before we left but we managed....I would definitely recommend to others!!!!

Because the house is usually fully booked, we will have back-to-back check-in/check-out. Cleaning crew have limited time to get the house ready for next guests. By washing and drying the towels before checking out, it really helps our cleaning crew to complete their jobs on time to provide a nice/clean environment for next guests. Thanks for understanding. The house was nice, clean and was in order by the time we arrived. All the rooms were arranged neatly and stuff in the kitchen were easy to access. It was near by to Disney world and did not take more than 12 minutes for the drive.
The heated pool was nice. I wish the tenants could adjust the heat for the pool and jacuzzi. :)
The community was also quiet. Our stay was overall great here in this house
Some imporvements that I wish can be done
- Towel paper and Napkins - only one of each in each restroom were provided. When we called the management, they said thats how it is, we had to buy the rolls if needed. When the tenants are willing to pay a good amount on an average per stay, they should not be stingy on stocking some rolls that cost less than few dollars for the whole stay. Its an in convenience to go out shopping just for this.
- Some of the faucets were old and they could use some remodeling.
-The air on one side the air hockey table was not working.

Owner's Response: We are glad that you had a wonderful vacation and a great time at our home. We apologize for the paper products issue. It is a common practice that limited supply of paper products in vacation houses, because people have different preference of brands and quality. Usually our guests like to have the same quality/brand tissue paper they used at home. Our house locates in the prime location and is very close to grocery store, likeTarget, which makes shopping very easy and convenient.
Thank you so much for pointing out the issue with air hockey table. We have fixed it already. We may plan to replace it with Foosball as we have received more demand on Foosball and we also consistently evalaute other add-ons to provide the most comfortable and enjoyable stay to our prestigious guests.
We hope we can be the host for your next vacation in near future.

This was a lovely vacation experience. We have rented in Orlando many times and have got more and more discerning.
This villa was one of the best we have rented. It was better than the description. The decor was very nice and I particularly liked the individual decorative touches. Much nicer than the rather bland interiors of most properties.
The facilities were excellent; the large flat screen tv and cable package in the lounge were great. My children particularly enjoyed the XBox and PS3 games consoles.
The bedrooms are all individually decorated to a high standard with lovely soft bedding and nice firm beds. My daughter loved the princess room!
The property was scrupulously clean and maintained to a very high standard.
The location was also excellent and was genuinely 5 mins to Disney with lots of good restaurants nearby.
Emerald Island Resort was also a real find the 24 hr guarded entrance made me feel very secure. The pool and clubhouse were also a bonus and the staff were very friendly and helpful with lots of advice regarding Orlando and its attractions.
The owner was polite and helpful and all our dealings and enquiries were dealt with in a businesslike and efficient manner.
I would definitely recommend this property to a friend and I would rent this villa again. Not something I have done before

Beautiful Home!!!

Our family stayed in this home in March of 2010. There were 5 adults and 3 children. This house is HUGE! We only used 4 of the 7 bedrooms. Each bedroom is decorated beautifully and the linens were very nice and the beds were very comfortable. The pictures posted here are exactly what you can expect of this home. We had an issue with the pool heat, and someone came out to address this right away. The cable also went out while we were there (no fault of the owner), and the owner and management company were very responsive and fixed the problem quickly.
The home is located very close to everything. All of the theme parks are a short drive as are the beaches. The hose is located in Emrald Island subdivision which is a gated community...very safe and quiet.
If you are going to Orlando/Kissimmee, you should book this home. You will not be disappointed.
