This condo is located on the gulf side of Midnight Pass Road so no need to cross a busy street to get to the beach. Approximatly 500 feet there is deeded access to the white sands of Crescent Beach. It is also conveniently located just down the block from the marina if you wish to rent a boat or jet skis for the day or any other water sport activity you would like to do it can be planned right there for you. Also across the street from the condo are great restaurants and shops.

This condo is a two story condo with two lanais each overlooking the heated pool and beautiful grounds at Midnight Sea complex. Two bedrooms on the upper level with the master having the upper lanais and queen bed. The other bedroom has two twin beds. The main level has a new pull-out sofa that sleeps two with a separate dining area off the newly remodeled kitchen. The lower level has a non-conforming third bedroom with king sized bed, TV, phone.

The washer and dryer are full size and no coins needed and no need to spend your day monitoring your wash between the hours 8am-8pm. Also unique to this condo is the one car attached garage to keep your car out of the elements with an extra parking space for any guest right outside the door. This unit is equipped with beach toys, two skim boards, two boogie boards, two adult size beach cruisers bikes and two child bikes to ride along the beach with.

This condo does have secured internet wifi.

Midnight Sea Complex is located in the popular vacation destination of Siesta Key just 70 miles south of Tampa International Airport and Busch Garden and 120 miles away from Orlando's Disney World and other theme parks.

We love Siesta Key! It is the only relaxing vacation we can take with our five small children. We just sit in the sand while our kids play. There is so much to do nearby if we need a change from all the sun. Aquariums, museums, restaurants, Busch Gardens, Walt Disney World the list goes on!

What makes this condo unique

Very close to the beach, step right outside the lanai and the pool is right there, walk across the street and there are fantastic restaurants and shops, walking distance from the condo is the marina where we rent our boat for the day. This condo is unique having a garage to park your car. The washer and dryer are nice to have for your own use making it easier to do the wash when you want to. The condo has beach toys, boogie boards, skim boards, and two adult size beach cruisers and two child bikes for your use.

Great vacation!

We spent a great week at Siesta Key. The listing perfectly described the unit. We couldn't believe how clean it was! Everything we could imagine was provided for us...and then some! We appreciated the beachchairs, water toys and boogie boards. The washer and dryer were perfect, too. The 5 minute walk to the beautiful and amazing beach was just fine for us! The beach and water were the best we've ever enjoyed! Clean and soft. We would most definitely return! Check out Turtles and Phillipi Creek for dinner. Peggy was just wonderful to work with as she continually answered any questions we had.

Great Spring Break in Siesta Key

My family had a wonderful spring break in Siesta Key. The condo was spacious and well stocked for a family of 6. We played at the beach and swam in the warm pool. It was a better location than the chaotic condos and hotels on the north end. The beach bikes were well used as a way for a short get away for the kids to venture to turtle beach. The condo is clean and we would recommend this to our friends and family.

We just completed another wonderful visit to Siesta Key. This was the first time that we had stayed at this facility and I must say that the condo was exceptional! It is beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and the area is the perfect balance of family friendly yet peaceful and relaxing. The condo is full of amenities to accommodate everyone from the grandchildren to us as grandparents! For those who have not been to that part of Siesta Key, the beach there is beautiful and serene. The shells were bountiful and the grandchildren loved seeing the dolphins just offshore every evening at sunset! Thanks so much for a wonderful time! We will definately be back!

My family and I had an incredible visit to Siesta Key.
The Condo was perfect for our stay. It was
extremely close to the beach which really helps
when you have a lot of little ones who don't like to
walk far. The place was loaded with everything we
could possibly need. We can't wait to get back next

Location,location,location. Short and easy access to
the beach consistently rated as #1. Pool located
just outside the door/lanai. Stores, P.O.,
restaurants, marina, and sports rental nearby. This
is an attractively decorated, comfortable, very clean
and very well equipped family friendly condo. We
especially appreciated the little extras e.g. board
games, bulky beach related equipment and bikes
for the grandchildren. It was an added convenience
to have the garage to park the car inside and a
washer and dryer. The third bedroom and bath are
a nice getaway for teenagers or grandparents. We
want to return.
