Our vacation home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac just a short walk or bike or golf cart ride to the community's private oceanfront beach access/parking - and if you are familiar with the area it's about half way between the Garden City and Surfside Beach Piers and walking distance to the beachfront Conch Cafe.

Everything you need:

Our beach house is fully furnished with all of the comforts of home: microwave, blender, ice maker, you name it ... the only thing you will need to bring is your swimming suit, linens and a beach towel. We do not have a cd or dvd player.

Approximately 1,188 square feet in total. Approximate room dimensions: Master bedroom 11'2'x15'6'; Master bath 7'4'x6'; 2nd Bedroom 11'2'x10'6'; 3rd Bedroom 10'6'x13'6'; 2nd bathroom 5'2'x7'8'; Great Room about 19'7'x22'9' including living area 12'x24' + dining table area 8'x11' + kitchen and island with stools area 11'9'x11'7'.

Outside shower:

A huge private outside shower is located at ground level for your convenience to remove the salt and sand when returning from the beach....or for a refreshing cool-down after a round of golf. Second stairway down from deck to shower and storage area.

Golf Cart:

Use of our personal golf cart is included in the rental, but drivers must be at least 21-years old with a valid driver's license and the golf cart is not allowed outside Oceanside Village! Users accept liability for any/all injury or damage.

Parking: driveway has room for 2 cars - one behind the other; parking is not allowed on the street/cul-de-sac or on adjacent properties in Oceanside Village.

Our beach house is located in the 100+ acre gated community of Oceanside Village with roaming security and the perfect vacation environment - from stocked fishing ponds to indoor and outdoor swimming pools & play ground - not to mention the beach.

Oceanside Village includes private oceanfront access, daily and weekly golf cart rentals, an 18-hole Par 3 golf course, a driving range, a miniature golf course and an oceanfront restaurant - The Conch Cafe. Oceanside Village is located between Hwy 17 South and the beach on the south side of the entire length of Melody Lane between Garden City Beach and Surfside Beach, South Carolina.

A few details: Renter must be at least 25 years old; no house parties. House accommodates up to a maximum of six persons. Pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited on the property.

A signed rental agreement is required to confirm your reservation along with payment of a $200 security deposit (returned if property is left clean and with no damage).
