Year-round unobstructed, wide views of the Mt. Washington Valley and Moat Mountain range from full-length private deck, living room, main bedroom and kitchen. In winter the leaves are gone from the trees, revealing even more of our view to include some of the Presidential summits. Watch clouds move across the sky, track storms, toast to the setting moon. Hike, snowshoe or cross-country ski on trails from the condo. Immaculate, spacious and beautiful place to come home to after a busy day. Relax in your condo with a cozy fire in the wood stove. Two decks, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, sleeps 4 comfortably. Fully equipped modern kitchen and minutes from fabulous locally owned restaurants.

Winter Wonderland: We are near hundreds of miles of maintained snowshoeing/hiking, cross-country and downhill ski trails in the White Mountain region including Cranmore, Attitash, Bretton Woods and Wildcat. Cross-country ski along the Saco River using rentals from a local store. Drive the famous 100-mile scenic route through quintessential New Hampshire villages, covered bridges and two mountain notches with gorgeous vistas of the White Mountains. Local maps and activity brochures are provided to help you plan your vacation. Bring your camera - stunning views are everywhere.

Unlimited local fun: During the winter months enjoy the chocolate festival, ice carving contests and dog sled race. Take an ice-climbing lesson on a frozen waterfall, go on a full moon hike with a naturalist guide, ride a tram to a mountaintop and see expansive views from summits in this magical winter wonderland. The condo is near Route 16 with easy access to nearby community theatre, artisan shops, traditional farms, cultural events, public library, weather museum, North Conway, Jackson village and Mt. Washington.

Plan ahead for an activity-filled summer or autumn vacation. From mid-June to mid-Sept swim in our outdoor heated pool and practice your tennis swing. Take a ten-minute walk to our frog pond with benches for relaxing under birch trees. In summer, the ski resorts have zip lines and some use their lifts as trams to bring you to the mountaintops where you can take a stroll and enjoy a bird's eye view. Rent hiking boots and stretch your legs on the hundreds of miles of hiking trails in the Mt. Washington Valley and White Mountain region. Near to golf, corn field maize, easy trails to waterfalls and vistas, the Cog Railway train to the top of Mt. Washington, and tax-free outlet shopping at brand-name stores. Cozy and tidy place in the sun

I've stayed here a number of times, and am certain I'll be back. The place is very warm and inviting. Both bedrooms are great - view from the master bedroom of mountains is amazing. Super quick to N. Conway as well as skiing. Appreciated the immaculate kitchen and bathrooms. Overall, lovely and hassle-free. I recommend!

Owner's Response: Some renters such as BSheri find the condo to be a good place to do work. Typically quiet and always spacious, it is suitable for writing a dissertation, catching up on some reading or doing a project. If your mind needs a rest for a few minutes, just look out the large windows and watch clouds move across the sky or gaze at the ridge line of the Moat Mtn range.

Great View and Great Time!

My wife and I took a few days for a quiet weekend before our first child is born. The condo sits up on a mountainside so the views were spectacular! It is located close to shopping and restaurants, but is off the "beaten path" so you truly feel like you're in the mountains. It is well-furnished and very clean, truly a home-away-from-home! The owners did a great job communicating with us and gave us several great suggestions for restaurants and hikes in the area. Moat Mountain Smokehouse and Flatbread Pizza (both close) were our favorites! We hiked to Diana's Baths one day, which was beautiful and would be an easy hike for all ages. I defnitely recommend this condo as a great place for a vacation any time of year!

We rented this beautiful condo over Easter weekend and couldn't have found a better place to stay. The condo was immaculate, spacious and we truly felt at home during our stay. The views were beautiful and the location was extremely convenient to many attractions, restaurants, outdoor activities and shopping. It was a true value compared to hotels in the area and we cannot wait to rent again!

We enjoyed our ski vacation week at the condo! It was centrally located to all the mountains and very close to the shopping as well. The views were incredible from the condo!! Everything was there that we needed, instruction lists, area maps, and the owner was great to work with.

Thanks for a great time! Hope to be back up there again.

great vacation spot

We were happy to get a chance to meet with Robin while we were at the house. She is so friendly and helpful. The condo was very clean and comfortable and well supplied with everything we needed to make our visit comfortable. We appreciated Robin's suggestions about what to do and where to eat. We chose to eat most meals at the condo and there is nothing like relaxing at "home" at the end of a busy day. We were glad that there was so much to do and really liked the hikes and the Mansion in the clouds and the town area. There was a great short hike close by called Diana's Baths and we enjoyed going there in the evenings. We were treated to owl sightings on one evening near twilight there. One excellent feature of the condo was the way the two bedrooms were separated by a bathroom and laundry closet, thereby affording maximum privacy. This would be a nice feature if two couples were staying there. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to visit this great state.
Owner's Response: There is so much to do in this area...especially if you enjoy the sounds of owls and other aspects of nature.

Wonderful place!

As much as I'd love to keep this a secret, I must be honest and highly recommend this condo! Robin is great. She has been professional, but very warm and friendly. She communicated very well with us through the entire process. The condo has linens & towels which is a nice plus for us since we are used to renting cottages at the Cape where nothing is provided. The place has amazing views. Last night we had a clear night and saw the Milky way from our deck. Since it is a condo there are other folks living near by, but because of the smart design, there is privacy with the windows open in the front of the condo (one of the bedrooms and the living room/dining room). One night we needed the fan to have white noise due to a neighbor. All and all, it is truly the nicest place we have ever rented in the White Mountains! We hike early and enjoy the condo in the afternoon. Thanks, Robin!

Home was nice and well furnished. Weather was hot, in 90's, with no air conditioning unit. Windows open which drew a lot of noise from nearby construction, remodeling, dogs, and noisy neighbors. Spent majority of time outdoors which was a good thing. Suggest non-stick skillets and pans for cooking. Swimming pool not heated as indicated. Disappointed with lack of quietude and coolness in condo. bk
Owner's Response: Thank you for giving feedback about your visit. Though it is usually very quiet here, it seems the unit downstairs is undergoing some renovations. The mountain breezes and fans in the condo usually keep things cool but clearly Mother Nature provided a heat wave. The pool is heated to 78-80 degrees during the period of mid-May to mid-September, weather permitting. We now have non-stick pans. Thanks for the suggestion!

Superb

Wow - we were so happy when we (finally) located the property to walk in and see it was even better than in the photographs. The sun was just setting over the mountains, and there was just time to grab a bottle of wine and enjoy a couple of glasses on the deck watching the beautiful sunset. It was rather difficult to locate the condo as we (foolishly) did not take navigation with the rental car, but once there, this was soon forgotten. The standard of the accommodation and furnishings / fittings is great. The people of North Conway are just SO friendly and helpful, and the shops, restaurants and bars are full of interest and character. As Brits, we were unaccustomed to the courteous style of driving which is the norm in NH, and it was a pure pleasure to take to the roads each day. The condo is superbly situated, well equipped and immaculately clean, and we recommend it without any hesitation whatsoever.

Just what we wanted

My husband, myself and our two daughters stayed here for a week in July. We've been to the area numerous times, always staying in a hotel, but wanted to try something new, and booked this condo. It was a perfect location, so close to everything, just outside of the hustle and bustle of north Conway and so close to echo lake. And the view just can't be beat. Gorgeous! The condo itself was immaculate and had everything you could imagine. The pool was clean and my girls loved that. The owner is great to deal with...response time was fabulous. I would highly recommend this rental and hope we can stay again in the
future.

Perfect place to stay!

We arrive at the condo June 24 and the weather was terrible BUT the place was unbelievable, just perfect! Everything your looking for is their. Clean, spacious, beautiful view and quiet. Short distance of North Conway Village, attractions and restaurants.
The owner Robin she's so nice and helpful you feel her kindness in her condo. We would recommand this property to our friend and family.
