"Efficient, modern, clean, and quiet ! This was a lovely condo to stay at. It was clean, well decorated, and in a great area. The owner, Sylvie, was thorough, trustworthy, and communicated well with us. Traveling as a family of four, we appreciated: the closeness to Disney, the proximity to major attractions, and the facilities the gated community offered including the pools and the gym. We didn't want to leave !!

"This was the absolute cleanest property we have rented. The rental transaction was very simple and we were so happy to see that the condo was excellent when we arrived. Uncluttered and comfortable in a great location, close to everything you need, but not in the middle of heavy traffic. The grounds are well kept and security is provided. Fitness center has good equipment. Pool looks very inviting, but we did not use. Little extras provided by the owner made us feel very welcome and appreciated. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was clean and well decorated, which made for a pleasant stay. There were extra sheets, pillows, blankets, towels and even hand soap in the kitchen and bathroom (we usually have to bring our own). We were only 8-10 minutes from being in the parking lot of Disney parks, and convenient to retail and dining locations including Olive Garden, Outback, Chick-Fil-A, Dunkin Donuts and much more. Our kids were thrilled that they got to sleep in the living room and watch DVD's (like having their own room)... And we were *never* cramped for space. All in all, it was a great stay and definitely a great bang for our buck! "

"The owner (Sylvie) kept excellent communication with us. She was prompt in answering any questions we had. The condo was very nice and the right size for my boyfriend and I. The condo is decorated with great taste. The few supplies (toilete paper, tooth paste, hand soap, water bottles, etc) provided by the owner was greatly appreciated. It made our arrival easy. Again, I must say, the condo is very clean and is kept in geat condition. We liked the gated facility as it provides quietness and security. The pool area is nice although I did not use the pool as I found the water too cold. The weight room has good equipment. The condo is about 10-15 minutes from the Disney Parks. Very easy access to the parks. Our vacation (10-19 Apr 10) was a golf vacation and we took advantage of the 4 Disney golf courses (Magnolia, The Palm, Osprey Ridge and Lake Bueno Vista). We had excellent weather conditions which was between 24-28 degrees Celsius. We shopped at Downtown Disney. We saw Cirque du Soleil (La Nouba) and movies. We had dinner to different restaurants such as Olive Gardens, Red Lobster and Outback. We visited Kenedy Space Centre which is about one hour drive. Watch out for the toll highway #528. We also went to Tampa which was about one hour and 15 minutes drive. Great place to stay at and we recommend it to anyone ! "

"My gf and I stayed at this fabulous condo for one week. The interior is very sleek and well designed. There is a supermarket and plenty of places to eat within a 5 minute driving radius. The owner was very polite and efficient during the whole renting process. She was also willing to mail to me my jacket that I accidentally had left behind. I highly recommend this place and it is one of the best vacation homes I have lived in ! (and I have been in a lot)"

"Great experiance, loved the condo, very clean, loved the decorations and very modern, the pool, and we felt we were at the beach, restaurant and drinks were inside the location of the pool that was great. We were minutes away from the park, restaurants and local stores. Sylvie was always there to answer any questions at any time in anything we needed. We are really looking foward vacations next year in this same condo. Loved It!!!!!!!!!! Thank you sylvie"

"I just wanted to add to the numerous posts that the condo was indeed everything I could have asked for inside and just as the pictures depict. I really enjoyed the decor and it was by far one of the cleanest and coziest places that my boyfriend have stayed in Florida while vacationing. We went to the disney parks 2 of the 4 days we were in town and it is very close to them and there was not a whole lot of traffic even thought it was during the peak of summer vacation. There were also many resturants and stores nearby and we always found things to do...Including a short trip to the Orlando Premium Outlets which was less than 20 minutes away. If you are not much of a shopper, Sylvie includes detailed information of amenities in the nearby areas inside the condo! Though the condo is not isolated, and is a part of a residential area, the residents in the apartment complex never bothered us. I can say it was VERY peaceful :) Overall, this place impressed me! With that said, I would HIGHLY recommend this condo as an ideal place to say while vacationing in Orlando/Kissemme/Celebration and I do intend to return in the future. Thanks Sylvie! "

"We had a fabulous time at Sylvie's place. My husband was also very pleased with the workout facility. Accommodations were great. Enough towels, sheet sets, dishes, etc.! Super clean with a chic modern touch. Syvie was a great contact, and she provided us with ample info. about checking in procedures, property guidelines, etc. Very nice vacation at this location ! "
