Fishing is some of the best in the world with boat launch and private slip on site and you are only minutes from the gulf and its beautiful white sand beaches. This 2 Br. 2 BA with clear story loft and fully equipped kitchen is the perfect place for just relaxing with friends or enjoying the whole family. Our family of four (plus our small dog) stayed at Sailboat Bay for Spring Break. Very nice condo with everything you need to be comfortable. Excellent location and loved the Marina. Condo had plenty of space and my boys loved the loft bedroom. Close enough to the beaches but far enough for privacy and little traffic.

My family stayed at the Sailboat Bay condo for our vacation this year and it was a wonderful experience. The condo was very peaceful and had a great view from the patio for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Our children loved the loft room and the space was very comfortable. The location is just off the main area of Gulf Shores and takes you away from the rush of traffic and shopping, yet easy to access all surrounding cities and beaches. As previous Alabama residents to the area, we would highly recommend and use this condo for future visits.

Our family took our yearly vacation and stayed at Sailboat Bay. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Plenty of room and privacy is what made our trip so enjoyable. The condo was a wonderful place to stay and we enjoyed your rental. It is very beautiful.

Wonderful Way to Spend Winter

We spent two and one half months this winter at Sailboat Bay and were very content being there. The condo is well equipped and very comfortable. An elevator makes going up to the third floor easy. The kitchen is very well equipped. Ms. Sarto is VERY QUICK to take care of any minor repairs needed. Two pools, an exercise room, meeting room, library, and tennis courts are all accessible on site. Residents at this complex are very friendly. It is very close to all the attractions of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
